I brought a Bentley from them and they sent the car to be delivered to me on “E” there’s no way this should’ve ever happened. I Brought Rolls Royce’s/Maybachs/Bentleys and I’ve always got it with a full tank of gas. The salesman Jovan was amazing tho.

I came from Austin because this dealership, as well as a few others, had extremely competitive prices. After making a few stops at other south Houston locations I decided to give this one a shot before heading north. If you are in the market for a good deal on a slightly used Tesla this is the place to go. This was the only dealership who knew about the IRS rebate. Jovan not only worked with me in helping me find the model I was looking for but he made sure the car I was looking to get into qualified for the IRS EV rebate, which I was able to use towards the down payment. He was extremely knowledgeable on Teslas, which I cannot say the same for the other dealerships I had visited before them. The whole experience was a night and day difference from what one would expect when purchasing a car. Straightforward and a stress free experience from start to finish. I can't personally speak on purchasing an ICE vehicle but if I had family or friends that were looking to get into a Tesla I would 100% recommend them this dealership.

This dealership was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I live in Michigan, currently honorably discharged from the U.S NAVY. My goal in life was to own a different series M (BMW). I saw this BMW M2 online and a big part me had to have it. I reached out and Jovan was wonderful. Walked me through the entire process buying out of state. I was hesitant, worried and nervous but he made the experience absolutely wonderful. I would highly suggest any veteran or active duty military personnel/ member to check this place out. Beyond amazing deal and such a beautiful car. Thank you guys so much !

After seeing an online advertisement for a Sprinter Van I was told that the ad was a stock photo. They charged a $500 deposit to hold without disclosing it was non-refundable. Once I saw the Carfax Report it revealed the vehicle had structural damage and had been in several accidents. They would not disclose what happened and have yet to refund my deposit. I was not willing to finalize an out of state purchase without full disclosure of the condition of the vehicle and now am having to fight to get my deposit back. They were dishonest from the start. Highly recommend avoiding this place. UPDATE: Instead of making this right they just bribed me with an email saying if I would remove my reviews they would give me part of the money back they stole from me.
