I made an appointment for 7am thinking Inwould have plenty of time to get to work. however, it took two hours and I was 1/2 hour late to work. Service was good otherwise.

Everyone was so helpful without feeling like we were being hassled! Once we decided on a vehicle they got all of our paperwork taken care of quickly! I had a few questions about our new vehicle once we were home, they were exceptionally helpful on the phone talking through figuring everything out!

I have a 2017 Traverse and only take it to Rick Hendrick of Buford. They are polite and always inform me of their process. Awesome service...

We found a car we liked on line and came into the dealership. We didn't end up getting the car we saw online but we did get one we liked.

My first encounter with Daniel in sales was over the phone which was extremely helpful and pleasant. After talking with Daniel I decided to make the trip up to Buford which is 58 miles from my home. Upon arrival we were greeted and definitely saw the car we inquired about on the phone. I had been disappointed at two other Chevy dealerships because the cars I saw online were in fact not in stock and not on the lot. So I was glad to see the one I wanted was in fact there. After test driving I decided that was the one for me! Daniel and Cole worked diligently to get me the lowest rates and a fair trade value.
