I’ve always hated going to dealerships and being pressured to buy something from them. With the staff at Hendrick I felt like they were there to get me the best vehicle that I needed for my lifestyle and helped me stay stayed within my budget.

On Wednesday I went into Rick Hendrick in Duluth and they wasted 3 hours of my life that I will never get back — and they did not event look at my car. In less than 30 minutes the Buford team connected the cable required to diagnose the problem and told me that they could fix it in a hour or less. Then they fixed it. How refreshing. True concern for the customer and their time. Duluth could learn a lot from Buford!

I told the sales manager that I needed a $230 payment. He called back and said that he had the car and he had the deal I needed. He started me at $325 per month. Why do you guys do this? I got to $259 and almost left but I got 8 oil changes and tire rotations for free. I was still not happy but desperate for a car. The salesman and finance guys were great but I felt lied to by the sales manager. Also I said that I HAD TO HAVE CRUISE and when the car didn't have cruise, I was asked to pay $540 out of my pocket on the car.

Joseph Mariscal was alsome he went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that fit my budget and payment range. He even helped me know my car how to use the gadgets and set up everything. Very friendly guy. Awsone personality...

From the moment I made my appointment I was impressed they knew who I was she scheduled my appointment at the time I wanted it fast and easy as well when I got there service was fast soon as I pulled up they took my truck And started working on it overall everything was very fast everyone was nice and polite
