GREAT People!

Had tires, brakes, & tune up done on my 14 Silverado AWESOME SERVICE my truck runs like new. I highly recommend this company for sales and service needs. I have bought 3 vehicles from the Buford Chevrolet location. Everyone is wonderful.

Service Department Lied

I took my Yukon Denali in for an electrical issue and they said it was the battery. The battery is under warranty from another location, but when I took it there, they ran the load test in front of me and it says it’s good. Called service department (that charged me $150 diagnostic fee) and let them know that the battery tested good. They basically said “oh well” and lied about it needing jump started and offered no other solution other than wanting to change my good battery out for $350. Now I still have an electrical issue, paid for a gold level warranty on the vehicle, and have still never had to jump start my car.

WONDERFUL

Everyone in the service department was very helpful, I was extremely happy with the work they did. I also appreciated that they did not try to sell me any services I did not need. I'll definitely be back!

Very Nice

Very Helpful and great price! The sales staff was extremely helpful and where I had questions after the sale, the finance office took care of our opportunity.

Very please with our car buying experience.

Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. When it came down to finance they went above and beyond. We love our purchase and plan to purchase through Rick Hendrick for years to come.

Excellent Salesman led to the purchase of a new truck!

We were looking for a new vehicle and knew what we wanted right down to the bed liner. Kyle Lovett found exactly what we wanted and took the time to explain the vehicle highlights and make suggestions. Kyle is a keeper! I would definitely but from him again. Robin

Nope!

The only employee who was top notch was Josh from service. The sales guy was nice but new so apparently he said stuff he shouldn't have which lost the dealership money on the deal. Not my problem, but I sure felt it. Buying....Wait time too long. Do not plan on leaving under 7 hours... even with pre approval. Buying...Several rude employees. Some members of management had condensing tone with me (witness heard my convo and was floored I didn't escalate higher). When I called and this "manager" treated me poorly which seemed to be because I am a woman. There is no communication between employees and definitely not with the customer. Bought a car and it needed items fixed... during that time when I would call to get an update when it would be ready since the time frame given was wrong. NO ONE could find my car or find my name in the system. EVERY TIME I CALLED. I panicked thinking my car was lost or stolen. Luckily Josh from service stepped in and saved the day. He went above and beyond. He would be highly recommended if you need service done. If the review was just on Josh it would be 5 stars.

Unnecessary headache to purchase car

After deciding on the car I wanted, it took the dealership 2 weeks before everything was settled with price, buyers order and title application from the bank. There were 2 days with no activity from them. The bank asked them for the title application on Friday around 2:00 and it was after the bank closed Friday before they sent anything back. We kept having to call to let someone know to do this or that. That part seemed very unprofessional. There were so many people we delt with at the dealership that it became confusing who was supposed to be doing what. I do like my car but the process to get it was very aggravating and stressful. I was very close to telling them I didn’t want the car because it was much more aggravation than it needed to be. They also did NOT fill my car up with gas before we left the lot. It was a little above empty when we got about a mile or two down the road after leaving the lot. Also, when I went to the tag office to get my tag swapped over, I was told that the dealership had never sent my title to them so I couldn’t get my tag until they did this. This was on day 29 of having my car. I called to tell them to send it over and I talked to 4 people before someone was able to help me despite asking specifically for the person I had previously delt with for my car. I just felt like they should know to take care of this and I shouldn’t be calling them almost a month after I bought my car. I felt that majority of the dealings I had with this dealership was very unprofessional for a car buying experience.
