Balise Subaru

Joanne in Sales and Chris in Financing were incredible! Exceptional experience from beginning to end, including insurance! It was such a seamless and enjoyable process that I will never go anywhere else!

Recently bought a used vehicle from Balise Subaru. Henry in sales was great, the pricing was reasonable and fair. Made the drive from CT worthwhile. After spending over 15K on this vehicle a mere few weeks ago, I have an issue with the heater not working. Am told it’s not under their warrantee, however waiting to see what General Manager Justin is able to do. Will update soon whether it was satisfactorily resolved.

JoAnn was the best. I highly recommend her. We love our new Subaru and JoAnn answered all our questions, went over all the details of the car completely. A fantastic experience.

Joanne our sales representative was great! She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. It was my husband's and I first visit to Balise Subaru. We felt at ease , not pushed into making our decision. Joanne is definitely an asset to Balise!As a result we ended up leasing a 2021 Subaru Forrester. Very happy we did!

Worst car buying experience! Lowballed our trade in (wound up getting 4x as much elsewhere), told us special financing was “only on the sticker price,” and finally gave us a deal only to say 20 minutes later (after we ran home to get our trade in and title) that they were not actually going to honor the deal! My husband was so angry that he called Patriot Subaru from the Balise parking lot, told them the deal Balise broke and Patriot honored it-we got a Subaru from Patriot the next day. This is the 3rd time in 20 years we have tried to get a Subaru from Balise-they are closest to our home. I think we have FINALLY learned our lesson. Not giving as good a deal as another dealer is one thing but rudeness and lying is inexcusable.

The ideal car buying experience! Service with a smile is the standard here. Big shout out to Taylor in sales and Marcus in finance for working with me (a less than ideal customer who had lots of demands and last-minute changes). They were friendly, professional, and had my best interests in mind. They went above and beyond, and I appreciate that! I plan on bringing my Subaru here for maintenance as well.

Justin the general manager did a great job at making things right for my son and will take the negative comment back. I will not forget though how Marcus insinuated my son was a liar and didn’t do anything to try to make things right.

Friendly competent staff. Going for service has been efficient & the use of a loaner car a nice perk. When my car had the bad manners to die while being serviced (head gasket failure) I bought a used car that day & drove it home. Traded it in some months later for a newer model that I’m happy with. I’ll recommend Balise when asked.
