I bought a vehicle at this location. When I test drive...
I bought a vehicle at this location. When I test drive the vehicle thre airbag light was on. I was told they will fix the problem. I had my truck in thre shop for months multiple times. I was told the part they put on didn't fix the problem. Then they said they won't fix it, I said it's not my problem tit wasn't fixed all I know is you said you would fix it. Now I'm getting told they willii'm not fix thre problem.

Lack of Customer Service
We arrived at the dealership on a rainy Sunday. There was no-one on site, customer or salesperson. I walked the lot to find the car that I was interested in and walked past the office 3 times. No-one came out of the office until we were getting in our car to leave. We did not purchase a car from there, mainly because it seemed complicated. There are no prices on the vehicles, so you have to work with a salesperson, but that means that a salesperson needs to be out on the lot giving pricing for the vehicles.

Spray painted the rotors and brakes to make it look new
Husband and I went and bought a car from them. The car salesmen kept making promises and none were kept. We asked to have the master cylinder and coolant flushed. When we picked up the car the next day it was just cleaned but not flushed at all. Now we knew buying used we would have to do some maintenance but not spray painted drums, rotors, and breaks. Do not take your car there to be worked on. The brake pads aren’t even the right size. We have pictures to include.

Awful Cars
Do not buy a car from here. I am lucky that the car was still recently new (A 2016) The only way this review will change is if I am reimbursed for the emergency repairs that were done to meet my financial and workplace needs at the certified dealership due to the neglegence to fox the repairs before the vehicle was sold to me at "excellent market condition value". Bought the car and a week later started overheating , cracked coolant housing and hose, shorted radio, and on top of that leaking solenoids (Oil) They expected me to be without a car and would not simply reimburse for the proper services of the chevy dealership who had to do an emergency repair on it. Do not send a car back to them to get fixed, read the reviews and you will see it will just end up being worse than it started. Shady people. On a second note: I had a trade in that they under offered by 2k. Gave it to carmax instead. Again, do not buy a car here! 2
