The Sales person Kenyatta Robertson is awesome sales person. She do not just leave once your car is purchase! I purchased a 2019 ford escape from Lugoff 7months ago. When I purchased my car it need to have a sensor but on the front Kenyatta follow through and kept me inform. My truck ran just find. Then I went on Sept 17th to have my part but on. And this is when everything went down hill. I got my truck back from the service dept and not a week later On Sept 25. My truck begin to jerk and then cut off. I had my car tow to. Lugoff on that on that Mon. The 26th Jeff kept my truck till that sat and told me could not find anything wrong with it Then on Wed the 5th it begin to jerk again. I am very upset with the service department at Lugoff Ford. I am afraid to drive long distant .Because I do not know what will happen And the bank has paid them in full And not fair that I am making payments And can not drive my car out of town Jeff state that he could not find anything wrong. BUT ON MY FORD PASS IT SHOW THE DATE AND TIME ON THE 25TH WHEN MY TRUCK STOP!!!
