Austin Brown was an awesome sales person and I highly recommend him, the finance manager Caleb was great as well and Jennifer in the finance dept was also very awesome. I highly recommend working with these 3 when buying a car at Lugoff Ford. They go out their way to get you what you want and they made it happen when all the other dealerships turned it down. Definitely ask for Austin Brown and tell him you want to deal with calab and Jennifer. Awesome work

Know before you go
Be prepared to overpay. I did my research before every deciding to go to a dealer. I knew what car I wanted, how much it was worth, what my trade in was worth. I had two identical cars at two dealers, only difference was one had about 4,000 miles and Lugoff ford advertised theirs had 343 miles. Higher mileage cars was about $3,000 less in price. I decided to to go Lugoff Ford because it was closer and the car had less miles also figure if I could talk them down a couple thousand on the price. Contacted them and made an appointment with salesman. Got there and the salesman we made an appointment with was not there. Met with another salesman and talked about car and our trade in. Drove there car and while driving the salesman said “ we throw in nitrogen in tires, protective door strips, three years of car washes and an antibacterial fog”. Sat down to do paperwork and find out that stuff was not throw in, it cost $2,500. He low balled us on our trade in by $6,000. So when I told him what I would take for trade he had to go get his manager. Manager came out and upped the trade value by $4,000 but would not come down on his vehicle price at all. Told him I could buy the exact same car for $3,000 less and even showed him that car. He said “if I give you any more for your car I will have to add the $2,500 back on”. He even had on paperwork that I was going to put down $2500 cash as a down payment when I specifically told him I was using the equity in my trade and no cash. We kindly told him he was wasting both our times and we left. Will never ever do business with this dealer and will warn everyone against them. Side note, car had over 1,000 miles on it.

Completed the oil change and tire rotation timely.
Completed the oil change and tire rotation timely. They advised the last time I had the tires rotated that one of my locking lugs was missing on the paperwork. I advised them they were the only people who rotated my tires, they did not replace it

I am happy to say that there is an update to my situation
I am happy to say that there is an update to my situation with Lugoff Ford. I originally posted here with a one star review because I voiced concerns regarding an unpleasant situation and the management did not respond to me when they agreed they would. That being said the GM Richard did reached out and took the time to listen to my concerns. I requested documentation and true to his word, I received it same day. I want to thank him and the Sales Manager Joe for fulfilling my request. The situation has not been fully resolved, but I wanted to update my score to more accurately reflect the experience I am receiving. I will provide a final update once everything has been resolved.

If I can give a 0 stars I would. They have had my ford explorer for 2 months granted I wasn’t sure what was going on with it at first but when they figured it out. One of the service advisor Angelo told me that my warranty wasn’t going to cover the parts well when I talk to my warranty they said they was going to pay for it and angelo quoted me today 4/21/2023 over 1800 for the fix. And my warranty company told me that when he told Angelo that they was going to cover it Angelo hung up on them and that was 7 days ago from today. An when I called Angelo about the everything all he said was that things like this take time. Told Angelo and a service advisor at lugoff toyota I need to talk to my manager today.
