Stress free environment.

Stress free environment. The Employees were friendly. They all made the negotiation easy. Reasonable deal. I had been looking at SUV for months, so glad I waited, I got a new vehicle for less . Special recognition for Drayton! I would like to adopt him 😀

I called and ask lots of questions to Salesman Renwick McNeil and he was very helpful to me and my husband. I will be looking into a F150 truck in the near future.

Tried to purchase 1 year old pickup.

Tried to purchase 1 year old pickup. First thing I noticed is it stunk like cigarettes and was filthy. You would think for $65000 they would at least wash it. I still sat down and tried to purchase. They started off severely low balling me on my trade in and charging $2500 extra for their own dealer markup which they don't disclose until you are in there (some car washes, nitrogen in the tires, a final wipedown, etc). The sales manager then kept trying to pressure me into a longer payment when I told him no less than 10 times I wasn't going to do it. He was overall rude and the overall experience was not good.
