I had my Buick Cascada in for an oil filter and oil change and the tires rotated before it was put in storage for the winter. I was impressed by the check list that was given me. After that service was performed Chris McKay showed me how to decrease the volume on the radio when listening to the directions given on the navigation system. Charlie B., one of service consultants, also went over the procedure I should fallow when storing the vehicle. Your waiting room is much more accommodating than other dealerships I've used.

Best experience we've had in over 30 years of owning our own vehicles. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and customer oriented. Whatever we needed, they provided at all steps in the process. We are grateful and thankful for our experience and our new truck.
