Excellant Service

Fletch's service department did a great job for me! The whole process went as smoothly as any repair situation could. Appointments were kept - no lost time on my part. The loaner was ready and waitng! I feel the service department really looked out for my interest. They advised me of an extended warranty program that might cover my situation and it did!

Your service department is setting a standard that few others can match. You are truly head and shoulders above any other dealership that I have dealt with. Thank you.

No help for our Blazer

My 2002 Chevrolet Blazer sat in the repair area for 4 weeks with no other diagnosis other than the problem definitely wasn't the catalytic convertor. After some other repairs I was told it was ready to go and would give me another 1,000 miles. The vehicle lost power 0.1 mile from Fletch's. After spending more than another week in the repair area I was told the problem WAS the catalytic converter, and was quoted a minimum of $1500 to repair. Of course no refund on the first repair. Apparently the service department forgot to test drive the vehicle after the first "repair". Then it was suggested that I purchase another vehicle from Fletch's! The good news is that after spending 2 days at another mechanic, the vehicle is back on the road at less than 1/2 the second quote. The service manager apologized, but I won't be bringing any vehicle there again.

Audi's Rock!

On June 25 2014 after a long diligent search Sandra and I chose a 2008 Audi A5, wonderful auto! Handles like a dream, plenty of zip and as sharp as they come. Audi is a wonderful automobile company. In the past we had our GMC pickup truck serviced at Fletch's and the service was great. Dave in the body shop is an artist when it comes to body work. We were told everything was gone thru and checked out fine, the air on out test drive was warm and we were told it would be fixed and the car detailed when we picked up the car, it wasn't and we had to take it back to be fixed and have the headliner cleaned. Now comes the fun part, 3 weeks later Sandra tried the heated driver seat, it didn't work. She drove the care back to the dealer and they informed her it would cost $1,100.00 to repair. Of course we assumed the dealer would stand by the auto the said was "gone thru", to our shock the GM said, "how do I know you didn't break it"? Sweet huh? For some reason we don't use heated seats in July. The dealer said all they could do is split the cost of the repair, what a crock! I will be trading in my GMC truck in a year or so and had planned on buying local, ( our previous 4 new autos we purchased out of town), there is no chance I will ever spend a dime at Fletches again. I will be loyal to GMC and Audi but will drive to Traverse City or Detroit for any more repairs I may need. DON'T TRUST THEM! A shiny new dealership cannot cover the stench misleading and dishonest statements. Robert and Sandra DuBois

A-1 Dealership, great customer service.

I purchased a used vehicle and received great customer service from my salesman, Ed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions. The dealership gave me a great trade-in price for my car and they also held my vehicle with a small down payment until I received my income taxes. They have a great little waiting area which had toys and a tv to entertain my 2 year while I did my paperwork. Great dealership!!

Relaxed environment

I purchased an inexpensive used car from Fletch's and found it to be a very relaxed, low pressure environment. The sales rep, Ed, was friendly and forthcoming about any known issues with the vehicle, which I appreciated.
