Charlie in service write up at Fletch's does a great job! He is very thorough and does a great job of explaining issues and helping the customer work his way through them! He is the best I have ever experienced and at my age I have experienced many service write up people! My experience at Fletch's is that when they say your car will be ready - it will be ready and at the cost they quoted! I highly recommend their service department which is the only department I have experience with to this point!

When Chris McKay posted this car on Facebook I started thinking about purchasing it but put it off as I was certain it would have sold right away. I did contact him a day or so later, via Facebook, to inquire about the car. When he called me and told the car was still available and then worked with me on the purchase everything just went exceptionally smooth and he even coordinated getting the car to me! (While I am from Petoskey and still call Petoskey home I currently live and work in Kalamazoo.) I could not have asked for, nor expected, a more amazing experience in purchasing a car.
