Made a long distance purchase/trade-in. Everything agreed upon prior to arrival, no surprises when we got there. I could not have been more pleased with the deal and the customer service. Mike and Eddie are knowledgeable and professional. They have a very nice selection of late model luxury cars. We bought a 2013 BMW X3. I would do business with them again without hesitation.

I LOVE this car dealership!
I LOVE this car dealership! I bought a 2011 Mercedes C300 from AutoMall Collection a few weeks ago. Not only does AutoMall Collection have great deals but the sales guys there are so nice. I worked with a guy named Joe. He was so friendly and made the process of buying a new car so easy and unstressful! The guy John there was great too, he had all my paperwork ready in minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a low-key , conformable atmosphere to buy a great luxury car.

Loving my new car. Went to look and left a short time later after trading in my first love for my new wheels. Joe and John made the process easy. They handled the minor repair,detailing and paper work as promised. The only problem is trying to narrow down your selection from all the beautiful luxury cars. I trust someone is going to enjoy my trade-in ( Z3-M Roadster ) as much as I did.

Bad experience - don't drive out there
Poor experience - I got a rental car to drive the 20 miles to their location. Although previously agreed to make a test ride with a 528 2012 model with John P Morgen (called ray) the car was in service. The 2010 model was at another location but should be there in 10 minutes. When answering that I will not make the decision on spot Ray started to show me some models where either price or mileage was above my limit - not considering my answers at all. When it was clear that no car is coming he promised me to let me know once the 2012 model is back from service. Needless to say that this never happend. Bad experience but as I see from other reviews that happens to other people too. Take car.

We recommend our customers to call to make sure of the vehicle availability as we sell a lot of quality vehicles at the best prices anywhere. In your case we specifically asked you to reserve the 2012 BMW you were interested in so you can have the first opportunity to purchase this vehicle once it is back from being serviced. Unfortunately you refused.you also gave us a bogus phone number. When this vehicle was back from servicing we tried calling your bogus number to no avail. and when you called us 2 days later this vehicle was already sold. We still apologies for your inconvenient and wish you the best of luck.

I saw a great deal via cartrader.com at automallcollection. I arranged a meeting with the sales guy for Saturday at 5P to look at a 2012 528 used car, so I rented a car to drive there. Strange office - anyway, when arriving there he though that I am coming for a 2010 528. Although arrange a specific meeting the car was at another location and I was told that it will be here in ten minutes. In the meantime he asked me if I am willing to make a deal today and I told him, that I will need time to consider. When mentioning that I actually came for the 2012er model that one was suddenly in service and not available. So Jon started to show me some other cars outside without taking car of my budget or mile limit. As it was clear that no car was coming (not even the 2010) he promised to let me know when the 2012er would be back. But that never happend. In the end I ended up with paying for a rental withouth having a test ride. So if you go to automallcollection - be sure that they have your car ready or otherwise don't go there - I cannot recommend it.

Great Prices that under Kelley Blue Book. I bought a lease turn in from Auto Mall that was from Mercedes Benz Financial Services. I have been looking for months for a nice Mercedes Benz C300. They had the BEST price within a 200 mile radius. I asked them why were their prices so low and they stated to me that they have a very low over-head costs and the savings are passed onto the customer. My main concern was getting APPROVED for credit and amazingly I was. The Sales Rep (SONNY) was EXCELLENT. He answered all my concerns and even delivered my car to me. The car buying process went very smoothly and I was there ONLY 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend the Auto Mall. If these guys can't get you approved no one can.

Worst Dealership Ever
Went there after looking to book a test drive and the refused to let me drive the vehicle unless I was willing to purchase the vehicle that day as they didn't want to put on any additional miles on the car. I am happy to report that more then 6 weeks later the car is still there and they had to drop their price. The odd part is I was willing to buy just didn't like the high pressure sales tactic and pour customer service

Why I have given this review is simple - Sunny was outstanding in his service and his consideration. The other employees were, to be quite honest, not friendly and hot helpful with an unfortunate incident I experienced with a rental car and loss of a key. Sunny, on the other hand, was like family. He made the effort to ease the tension among the other employees and also volunteered to take me to Boston to get the key. He also waited for me to return on the T, and I had received another ride, but he was still the major reason why the sale was made. He exceeded any expectations and has helped me with other related car matters since the purchase. He is an exceptional employee who should be rewarded and valued beyond anyone else. I teach business communication at Emerson College. Sunny epitomizes the best of customer relations.

From my first phone call to today it has been a great...
From my first phone call to today it has been a great experience dealing with the Automall Collection. My initial call was an inquiry to see if they still had a vehicle I had just seen advertised. It was late in the day and the Automall would be closing in 30 minutes so I really did not have time to get there that evening. I spoke with Eddie, the owner, he said come down anyway and I will wait for and he did. I purchased the vehicle and in a few days I picked it up. The entire experience was easy. Now, with all things a problem may arise and one with the vehicle did. It was a small safety issue and Eddie was a concerned and wanted to get it taken care of right away. As things go, this started on a very busy weekend and I could not get the car to a local garage until Monday morning and that would be a logistical nightmare for me at the time. As I was getting ready to enjoy the balance of my Sunday afternoon Joe called and asked if they could send a tow truck to get it to the repair shop, this was completely on their own. I did not ask, mention or request this. The problem was fixed and it could not have been easier. These are very friendly and accommodating people. They could manage any business well as it is all about customer service and these folks have it down. I would recommend the Automall Collection to anyone without hesitation!
