My wife found a 2009 Mustang GT on the site and We called to ask about the vehicle and were told it was available. We got there an hour later and met Joel Who we happened to know form a previous dealership. The buying experience was great and Joel is such an easy salesman to work with. No pressure, a great trade in for our car and 1 1/2 hours later i had my dream car. Awesome guys to work with.

If you like spending your entire day bickering with phony salespeople and overpriced inventory, do NOT go to AutoMall. Professional salesmen who understand the value of your time. Best car buying experience of my life. Thank you, Joel for helping me with the purchase of my first BMW. I love it!

The buying process took alot longer than was told and the sales men aren't knowledgeable about the cars being sold.

I arrived at Automall around 3:00 and was home by 5:30 with my new 5 series BMW. It was a very professional, sincere and friendly group including Joel and John. I love the car and Joel even arranged a service appointment at the local BMW dealership to insure the car was pristine. Most people, including me, do not look forward to the used car buying process but I can attest that even if you do not buy a car from the people at Automall, you will still walk away feeling that you've been treated fairly and professionally. Best of luck on your next used car buying experience but know that if you don't give the folks at Automall a chance for your business, you might lose out on a fantastic opportunity for a win-win scenario.

I purchased a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive two days ago. The buying experience was great! Great service and Joel was there to answer any and all questions I had. This was my first time trading in a vehicle so he kindly took me thru the whole process. They even appraised my vehicle on-site (took less than 30 minutes) and gave me a great deal! On top of that, I found the car on cars.com and took a screenshot of the vehicle and price. When I got to the site the price was a bit hgher, but they had no problem in honoring the price from the screenshot even though it might've been an out-dated price. I never thought I was going to be driving into the dealership in my 2008 Ford Focus w/ 78K miles and driving out in my beautiful new purchase with only 35K miles in it! I am very pleased with the service and the fastness of the process. I don't have to even do anything in the Insurance side of things. They will call them and get everything set up for me - all I have to do is pay the difference and I will get all paperwork squared away without moving a muscle. I will be referring any and all friends that want to purchase a great vehicle from these guys!

It was the best used car purchase experience I've ever had! My husband and I knew which car we wanted and we weren't pressured to look at other vehicles. We test drove the car and drove it home 2 hours later. I never expected the purchase to be so easy. Also want to give a nod to our salesman Nick Glennon. We would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership!

I bought my BMW X1 from them and I love it! The whole process of buying a car went so smoothy! My previous car was total loss and when I came to them I did not know when I've got my check from insurance. These guys are awesome! I bought an audi approximately 4 month ago, car looked good at sight but month by month theres new things coming out for repair, and the expensive kind, rims needed to be change 3 of them to be exact and tires too, and don't get me wrong i know about used cars and the burden that comes with them, but this was a "pristine car" thats what the dealer keep saying , and it was not a cheap car either, everything was uncomfortable about this buying experience, the extreme pressure you feel, the rancid and absolutely unfriendly attitude of the owner, I would never go back to this place , I bought the car because I really wanted it and the model is hard to find around, but never again, terrible terrible place.

This is the best dealership that I have worked with. They are the best at finding good financial plans for clean expensive cars. The customer service was great! Im glad I have my first new car! Thank you Jole for guiding me very comfortably through the process. You Guys Are Awesome!

From start to finish the best car buying experience I have ever had. Joe was polite, informative, professional, helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone that I interacted with. This is usually a process that I dread, and I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with the car that I purchased from them and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership in the future.
