I purchased a BMW X1 at Automall from Joe T. and was very happy with the whole experience. Joe was easy to work with and I felt like I had known him for years. He was knowledgeable about all the features of the car and made sure I was satisfied with everything. I will certainly go back to Automall for another purchase in the future

Outstanding service!
I purchased a 2013 Maserati Granturismo Sport convertible from Auto Mall Collection in May, 2016 and have to say that it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Mine was a remote purchase as I live near Chicago and the car was at their location near Boston. Joe T. managed the sale for Auto Mall and it was a pleasure working with him to arrange all the details. These included organizing a pre-purchase inspection at a local Maserati dealership, investigating financing options and finding a solution to the lack of temporary license plates in Massachusetts and my need to drive the car back to Illinois. Joe was in regular contact keeping me apprised of all developments over the 2-week sales process and also ensured my car, fresh from detailing, was filled up and ready for my trip on the pick-up day. Pleasant Experience
We were searching for a 2014-2015 BMW X1 to replace my wife's aging car and could not find one with the features we were looking for in a reasonable distance on the North Shore. I was happy to see that automall had exactly what we were looking for in a recent online posting. I normally go to larger dealerships thinking that the deals or stock are better but I was pleasantly surprised when we met Joe T. our salesman. Joe made us feel comfortable from the start and was indeed patient as my wife asked many many questions. The pricing was very fair and the whole process was a good experience. Great Service very Patient
I recently purchased a used car from here. The guy who helped me was very nice and patient with me. This was my first time buying a car so I wanted to make sure everything was ok and all set before I purchased the car. I had a little trouble with my car insurance and the carsalesman even helped with my auto insurance. My next car will be new. But the employers there are truly truly so polite.

Great experience!
Couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. Not pushy, very welcoming, worked hard to get me into a car for a good price. Joel helped me out with the purchase of my 2013 Audi A6 2.0. Didn't anticipate buying that day, but he and his team worked hard to earn my business. They truly make you feel like they want to partner with you. Would visit again for future purchases.

Knowledgeable experience
Thanks to salesman, Joel Purdham, I now own a beautiful Infiniti Q50. As a single mother, I was nervous to walk into a showroom and begin the experience of buying a car. He was very professional and made the process comfortable from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable of all different types of cars too.

Great customer service
The salesman Joel Purdham was very thorough and professional, he wasn't pushy in trying to rush my wife and I into purchasing the vehicle 2014 Mercedez Benz C300 sport with 13,000 miles. Flagship Mercedez was trying to rush us into purchasing a car from them. I have spoken to Joel a couple times after purchasing the vehicle and he has been superb at all times and always responsive to my calls and needs.

Amazing and professional service.
I'd been looking for the right car for some time and was tired of dealing with sales consultants that just didn't understand what I was looking for! I met Joel and he was not only eager and knowledgeable, but fully capable of making me feel like I made the right choice. Poor customer service
I emailed to inquire about car fax/accidents followed by Online chart and no response received. So, I called and asked, if they have two keys. Joe (probably owner) and he asked us to visit the place and he will check. He didn't want to check over the phone. I don't expect any post-sale service, if pre-sale response is like this. Decided not to drive there and waist time.
