We were searching for a 2014-2015 BMW X1 to replace my wife's aging car and could not find one with the features we were looking for in a reasonable distance on the North Shore. The salesman Joel Purdham was very thorough and professional, he wasn't pushy in trying to rush my wife and I into purchasing the vehicle 2014 Mercedez Benz C300 sport with 13,000 miles. Flagship Mercedez was trying to rush us into purchasing a car from them. I have spoken to Joel a couple times after purchasing the vehicle and he has been superb at all times and always responsive to my calls and needs.

I emailed to inquire about car fax/accidents followed by Online chart and no response received. So, I called and asked, if they have two keys. Joe (probably owner) and he asked us to visit the place and he will check. He didn't want to check over the phone. I don't expect any post-sale service, if pre-sale response is like this. Decided not to drive there and waist time.
