Excellent work and follow through on a factory recall involving a headlight on my CX-5. David was very persistent. I will be definitely be back.

Expensive, but what dealership isn’t. I had neglected my Mazda CX-9 for quite some time, partially due to COVID and partially because I didn’t want to spend the money. Multiple services were needed and all took place in the time frame specified and while it has only been a day, our SUV feels quite different (for the better). I had the coolant flushed, transmission serviced, battery replaced, oil changed (way overdue), and check engine light resolved. So far so good and I’ll be going back as the technician did what they needed to do.

I have been a customer of University Mazda since 2008...

I have been a customer of University Mazda since 2008 when I bought my car from them. After going to many other dealerships, it was immediately clear to me that University Mazda was different. The entire organization is clear lead by sound minded leadership that brings on staff who are knowledgeable, care about doing the right thing for their customers and professional. Recently I took my Mazda Hatchback in for some maintenance. The mechanics successfully addressed all issues my car was having. Some were nothing, like the Check Engine Light just needed to be reset, so no charge, and a worn out Engine Mount that was the cause of some bumping movement at 60 mph. They also go above and beyond checking things out of courtesy to ensure my safety such as the lights working around my license plate, and the battery on my key. All these years I can say that University Mazda has done me good. They investigate and successfully find the issues a car is having, successfully repair them, charge soundly and do not over charge or over recommend repairs. Thank you University Mazda.

They service desk provided excellent service regarding my tire pressure indicators. The service was fast, quick and top quality. They explained what was performed and hard reset my tire indicators. A job well done.
