Prompt, speedy, polite service. Brian was easy to deal with, and his? dog was delightful. Am happy they have remained at their Roosevelt Way location.

Their service department, particularly Brian, is...

Their service department, particularly Brian, is fantastic and provides great customer support. They go beyond normal expectations with a video of what was fixed and an explanation of why. A few days later we had a different problem with passenger side window on a Saturday night. My wife was able to text him and he asked her to bring the car in first thing on Monday so they could squeeze her in.

I am happy to hear from the employees that the new owner will allow them to operate in the same great way they have been since my first dealings with University Mazda fifteen years ago.

I Love University Mazda. They've been caring for my...

I Love University Mazda. They've been caring for my current vehicle for about 7 years now. They're professional, efficient, honest, timely, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and kind. I'm glad that the dealership will continue on and I'm hoping that the quality of care remains at the high standard that I've come to expect from them.

I just called today and learned that University Mazda...

I just called today and learned that University Mazda will not close. Hoorah! I have been very satisfied with the Service Department since the 1990s when I first started taking my used Mazda in for service. In 2007 I bought my first new car, Mazda 5 Touring Car from them and always have it serviced there. Thank you for many years of friendly excellent service.
