Had to wait two weeks to get an appointment. The service was fast. I got it all done in two hours. Friendly staff but not sure of all the services and packages. Its very expensive too. I didn’t want an alignment done. But they did it and charged me for it. I didn’t argue about it because I was bit busy that day too. The complimentary was is of no use.

Sales department was courteous and efficient when I bought my certified pre-owned CX-3 in 2020. I used to have no issues with the Service department but it seems like they have had some staff turnover and customer service has suffered. I hope that they resolve their staff issues and bring service back to the excellence they used to have.

I had the best experience with Monique and Jonathan! They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best car for my needs. Monique is absolutely the best worked with us with the financing and making sure we got everything we needed, including trying to get us set up with software that she was determined was included, it wasn’t, lol, but the fact that she went an took it upon herself to make sure we got everything speaks volumes of the customer service they provide! They have a lifetime customer in us! Jonathan listed to my needs and wants and got us the perfect car! Thank you guys sooooo much!

I am happy with the purchase & delivery of the vehicle. I have an very serious with the followup on loan payoff to DCU bank. Still the payoff check is not cleared. Initially they sent to wrong bank and when we try to follow-up with dealer no proper response to provide the tracking details of the check. It is almost 3 weeks now and Rick case failed to send the payoff (check) to DCU . Very horrible experience.
