Johnathan, the salesman, was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He thoroughly explained and demonstrated the features of the car. There was not a lot of back and forth with "my manager". The finance person was also effificient and friendly. It was a good experience. Not a lot of up-selling.

My overall experience at Rick Case has been pretty positive. They have offered me an extremely competitive rate on my Cx-5 Grand Touring compared to other dealers. There was very little wiggle room in the offered price which was unfortunate. However, they have provided some accessories at the price as well. My experience with Bashard Coleman has been great as well. However, my experience with their Finance division was less than satisfactory. She was not very savvy of the operations there and did not provide much information about the package plans that they offer. Also, we were asked to pay 8 cents due to a small accounting error she made, which we felt really weird about. Most dealerships have snacks and other freebies when we visit them, but asking to pay 8 cents somehow seemed really odd on her part. The dealership overall has good service add-ons such as 10 year power train warranty. Compared to other Mazda dealerships, this one has a bit old fashioned interiors and less than ideal VIP kind of experience, but none of those things matter in front of the lucrative price and benefits they have offered me. Overall, a great experience!
