Highly satisfied with Rick Case Mazda after having a not so enjoyable experience from another Mazda dealer. Highly recommended! Absolutely loving my Mazda CX-5!

Experience was great. I went to another dealer to buy a car and they could not find the car and made me wait for 10 days and still do not have the car. I called Rick Case Mazda told him what I wanted and they had the car the next day. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy A Mazda to call Rick Case. They are honest and do what they say they’re going to do!

was told the scratches would be fixed on vehicle and was put in contract. scratches still there some not even treated. price was very good though

Everything was fine but when it comes to negotiations, you really need to fight for it or just go somewhere else worth your time and money. Plus make sure everything is written down as items owed.

Purchased a used car from Rick Case Mazda . I understand used cars are as is, but they were not truthful yon the ‘as is ‘ condition. I had a blow out due to the poor condition of the tires-they said the tires were’ nearly new’’ when in fact they were in bad condition-Not visible to naked eyes. It cause damage to both right side tires. Thankfully I was not hurt. In addition I was told that the vehicle had an oil change. During regular regular maintenance checks it was discovered that the vehicle was empty of transmission fluid, washer fluid and coolant. The oil looked fine but who knows what kind of oil it is. Thanks to My diligence and checking things the Vehicle is ok. I emailed the dealership of the happenings and have received no word whatsoever from the dealership. Nothing. I would reconsider buying from them.
