My experience with this dealership was great. It was professional and little personal. I am very hearing impaired and therefore I brought my daughter with me. The agent worked with me to make sure I understood everything and how the vehicle worked. They gave a very good price and the transaction went smoothly. Yes I would recommend this dealership to friends.

Not the best experience - the sales rep said he’d do A LOT of things that he never did throughout the entire process. Which is actually the opposite of a good salesman - you should always DO more than what you SAY. Lots of room for improvement here. I’m happy with the car but wouldn’t recommend this dealership - I bought here because of time constraints.

Has a great experience purchasing a new Mazda 3 here. I decided on the turbo hatchback and reached out to Rick Case about an ad they had on Autotrader, they replied with an awesome price. Got everything worked out in a phone and a few texts.. once I arrived at the dealership I was in and out in about an hour with no surprises.
