Buyer's Remorse

Liked the car. Wish I had bought it from a dealership that cared about their customers. Promises,Promises. However, I had to follow-up to get anything done. Poor experience. Would not recommend them. Picked up my car after promises to have things done and several things not done. I hope I can find another Mazda dealership to service it, I don't want to go back. Beware of the smile and promises!!

No Deal

The facilities appear simple to some other dealerships I visited recently. The sales person was great. He sold me on the features of the car. But finance or sales manager did not seem to want to entertain my offer. He seemed insulted.

Cheap dealership

I have never been to such a cheap dealership. The salesman was good, but the financial guy and the manager we're not. Very fake and honestly didn't care about what we had to say. After the purchase of the car, they told us that there's only 1 key and no floor mats for a 2016 car. When I brought this up they wiped their hands clean of us. "It is what it is" they said and walked away. This was a horrible experience for me with Rick Case. After this I will never go back to another rick case. Words cannot describe how angry i felt during this experience.

Horrible service manager

Long story short, I was told not to come back there because I choose to take my 2016cx9 to another dealer for them to fix because they didnt want to pay the overnight fees for the part after keeping it for 10 day... Dont bother complaining to supervisor, I went straight to mazda corporation and the bbb, state attorney general

Bought a used car and had a great experience!

Went in for a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and overall had a great experience. Sales Agent Raphael Davis was pleasant, easy to talk to. Sales manager Austin also got involved and was kind enough to accommodate my requests. It wasn't a long drawn out sales process like other times I've been at a dealership, that contributed to a good experience.

Great car buying experience.

I bought a 2016 Mazda 3 S Touring recently and had a wonderful experience with the staff. Low pressure, friendly, and at the end of the day I'm ecstatic with my new car. They took care of any issues I had and the whole process was painless. Throughout the buying process everyone was friendly and helpful, two months later I don't feel like I was swindled or lied to. All of this is coming from someone who used to sell cars, (Ford and Mazda) so I know some of the signs to look out for. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend Mazda as a brand and Rick Case as a dealership.

Great experience at Rick Case Mazda

No pressure from our awesome salesman Chris. They kept in touch until we found the right vehicle, without being pushy. Great car at a great price.

Altering the price after reaching a deal

Visited there to get a new Mazda 3 for my son. After agreeing on the price and well into the financing process--2.5 hours spent in the dealership--we were suddenly told that they somehow miscalculated the price and can only sell us the car for $1,200 more than that they have previously agreed on! This is a dealer altering the agreed price of the vehicle after the fact. Stay away.
