It's a great experience every time I walk in to Tom Wood Volkswagen on 96th Street in Indianapolis. Everyone is friendly and they do their best to always give the customer a great experience. My wife, two of my sons and myself have bought cars at Tom Wood Volkswagen.

I recently purchased a used Golf R from Rob and I could not be happier with my experience! He was very knowledgeable on all of the performance parts that are available through APR for VWs. If you’re looking to modify your vehicle, he will be happy to help! The finance portion was quick and painless. Antonio and Brian worked with me to make sure that I received exactly what I wanted, while still staying within my budget. Overall a great group to buy from!

The salesmen Matthew Weiper was more than enjoyable to work with. He made it very simple to make the decision to purchase the car. He did not push the car on me, rather he just gave me the facts about it and was very open and honest. Matt did an excellent job of relating and being open about the car. I would buy another car from Matt if I could! The only downplay on the whole situation was with the financing. I explained I did not want any extended warranty and they tried to sell it too much for my liking. Other than that it was nothing but a great experience!

Kenny was great. He listened to what I was looking for and found it even down to the color I wanted. He did not try to push me into something I didn't really want. I would would definitely buy another car from Kenny. Brian was also helpful and made the financing/paperwork as painless as possible.

Alex was a great help. He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative to help me find the perfect car! Extremely friendly and I highly recommend him for anyone purchasing a car.

I arrived at around 1PM Only wanted an oil change. Did not have appt. Only one service advisor at the counter. He seemed to be having technical difficulties with a computer or printer. After about a 10 minute wait I was seen by this gentleman who took care of me. Car was done in a couple of hours and they called promptly. Other than the 10 minute wait, no problem.
