just purchased my second vehicle from broadway auto sales, excellent service as always. definitely recommend anybody looking for used cars to come here as the cars are clean, run great, at a great price in a great environment

When I first saw the car that I liked of course they talked highly of it and gave me a clean bill on the Carfax. When I gave them the money for the vehicle they took a picture of me next to it to prove that it was a good buying experience. I bought an extended warranty with the vehicle for 3 months. They claim they are a family-owned and operated business since 1995 and they are the cleanest cars in South Jersey however, dealing with Joe for the past several years my family included if they're purchasing eight vehicles from him they do not clean wash or go over the vehicles prior to them releasing them. Also, my 3-month extended warranty did not cover anything that needed to be replaced. Anyting on the vehicles that needed to be replaced was within the three months time frame I did not cover any of the expenses including labor whatsoever and I had to pay out of pocket making the warranty non and void. Not only did I have to pay it the first time to be fixed then the catalytic converter rent and now I have to pay to have that fixed because he won't do anything about that either. When I called Joe to discuss this with him he became irate and told me he wasn't going to do anything about it and hung up the phone on me. When I called back he would not answer the phone and had it go directly to his voicemail. I then called my father who has bought at least seven Vehicles off of Joe and his partner that answered the phone said he was not in the office after I had just spoken to him. He would not return any of the phone calls from myself or my father whatsoever. This business is run Fort Lee if you want to call it that. Joe is a coward and runs a lousy business. And I will be reporting his business to the Better Business Bureau and I'm sure I'm not the first to complain. Whatever you do do not purchase a vehicle from this establishment and do not bother wasting your time buying an extended warranty as it does not cover anything. I feel sorry for those that have already purchased the vehicles from him because I'm sure you know by now you are stuck with a lemon.

We bought our daughter her 1st car here, The service was excellent they even gave us a car fax report. the car was really clean and she loves it.My mom and dad told us to come here, Thanks guys we will be back

I came looking 4 a reliable work car so I got told by a friend to go to broadway auto when I went in they had great prices I drove away with a great running car

I went purchased a van on 10/13/21 for $4400.00 it broke down on the 10/14/21 took it to the mechanic it had no fluids in it at all power steering pump needed replacement an rack a pinion amongst other things called Joe he hung up on me he’s very unprofessional I asked him to return my money he wouldn’t I had to call for the police department an will be taking him to court . Bad for business I will never ever recommend him to anyone.

Just walked off with a 2012 Fiat 500, best service I’ve seen. Real people, full transparency, ZERO issues. Made it fast and simple to pick out a car and test drive. They gave me a sweet deal on my loan and even threw in a service warranty! Come out and see what they got!!

I recently went to Broadway Auto sales after going to 4 different dealers looking to replace a car. Joe was the only dealer who listened to what we wanted amd didn't try to sell us things we couldn't afford or weren't suitable. He made the whole experience easy. His cars were clean and he even handwashed our car before we drove it off the lot. I highly recommend checking them out for your used car needs.

I just bought another car from Joe. He is the best. Always willing to work with me. HaD horrible credit the first time AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET ME A LOAN. and the only reason I had to purchase another car was due to a MVA.
