They are very honest. They got me into a nice car which was newer and in a lot better condition than my old one. I like that they sell good quality cars.

I just was just there yesterday buying the 04 Durango and the costumer service was amazing and Joe was awesome. I traded my 00 Toyota in and he gave me 500 when he said it was only worth 200. I don't remember the lady's name I think it was Joe's sister, but when I was doing paper work shekept my 2 little ones occupied with playing games and coloring. I'm very pleased.

Absolutely amazing customer service. My husband and I were looking for a reliable car for my mother in a price range we could afford. We stopped by Broadway Auto on a whim as we were passing and were greeted by the owner, Joe. We gave him a price range we were comfortable with and he went in to the office and got the keys for the vehicles on the lot within our budget that he felt would be good for a 71 year old great-grandmother. There were 3. He started them all, opened the trunks, went over some safety features of each, and told us what he knew about the cars. He even went on a test ride after hours once my mom decided which one she liked best, then stayed to do the paperwork to get us started. He treated my mother like she was his mom, too. He treated her like he cared about her. We went to pick the car up today and we met his awesome employee, Jose. They had totally cleaned and detailed the car. It was immaculate. Joe also took care of calling the insurance company and transferring that to the new car for my mom. He took the time and explained everything to her in detail. I cannot say enough about how comfortable he made me feel in his dealings with my mom. To me, this goes a long way. I will recommend anyone I know looking for a vehicle to Joe at Broadway Auto. We only met Joe last night and today I feel like we are family. He has some great cars on the lot that seemed to fit a variety of budgets. My experience was great from start to finish! A huge thank you to Joe and Jose for taking care of Mom!

Just recently purchased a car from Broadway Auto Sales. Great experience with working directly with the owner Joe. These guys DO back up what they say! We had a problem with inspection of the newly purchased. We contacted them and yes , they correct the problem (an expensive one) and we had our issue corrected! I would recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for used car. I have purchased a many used cars in my lifetime but this place is genuine!
