I took my Honda CRV , purchased at Raidon's Honda in

I took my Honda CRV , purchased at Raidon's Honda in Marysville for oil change and brake fluid change at the Raidon's in Monroe, to home than Marysville. Steve in service helped me set that up and it was a good experience, I will be returning there.

The overall process was fast and easy and they filled my

The overall process was fast and easy and they filled my 50 gallon tank for me, however I had a check engine light come on before I’d even put 100 miles on the truck and they took no responsibility for it nor offered to help but simply asked “what do you want to do about it?” Having all of my tires at the wrong pressures left me doubting their safety inspection let alone repairs and since it’s a 4 hour round trip from my home to them to drop it off and the same to pick it up I elected to do the $300 repair myself. Other reviewer’s seemed to be happy with them but my experience was not a positive one. FYI- if you purchase an extended warranty through the dealership when you purchase a vehicle, Washington law nulls out the “as is” that you sign and the implied warranty is still in effect. The overall impression they left me with over this transaction is that they cared more about the profit than their reputation or my satisfaction and safety driving the vehicle I purchased from them

I needed to get my Wrangler into the shop quickly and

I needed to get my Wrangler into the shop quickly and Rairdon's was able to accomodate me within half the time of other dealers. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the work timely. The Jeep now runs great again. The people at Rairdon's of Monroe are simply wonderful. They are not at all pretentious. I was treated like an old friend or member of the family. I can't imagine anyone not being pleased with these folks.

I'm always able to get a convenient appointment, never any "surprises," and get my Jeep back quicker than expected. I'm more than comfortable getting all of my service done at Rairdon.

They got me in for an appointment in two days,

They got me in for an appointment in two days, accommodated my drop off and completed work as described. Their competitor still has not returned my call. Rairdon will get my business. Professional!

Sales - 5 stars Finance - 5 stars Service - 0 stars Licensing/Registration Clerk - 0 stars Lack of urgency, zero communication FYI this is a long one but if I'm leaving a negative review I need to put details Purchased a 20 yr old 4runner from these guys on Sept 19th, should've been a quick and easy transaction. Negotiating and financing went great and I would give those guys 5 stars. Obviously a 20 yr old car is going to need some rework and this is a Toyota at a Dodge dealership, but we agreed on a few things like fixing the gauge cluster (gas gauge didnt work), new tires and to do the front rotors and brake pads. Figured about a week or 2 to get it done. 2 weeks later they still aren't done so I requested a loaner. I picked the loaner up on Oct 4th and checked out the 4runner and they still haven't started on the gauge cluster. At this point the contact is service manager Anthony. They finally pull the cluster out on Oct 7th and send it in. Keep in mind I've been calling Anthony 2-3 times a week without ever speaking to him, just leaving messages for him to call me back, which he never did. I didn't speak to him until I finally picked the car up on Oct 24th. Only positives I got out of this was they gave me a loaner and filled up the tank on the car that took over a month to get. Now on to the licensing part. There was a shortage on plates, so I was warned it might take awhile. Temp tags expired Nov 3rd, I don't call them for an update until Nov 15th, at which point she says "oh look what just showed up on my desk, I'll send this out immediately " I don't get the new temp plates for another week on the 22nd. Envelope was postmarked on the 20th, yeah immediately, sure. New temp tags expired on 12/02. I wait until Dec 11th to call and then I get forwarded to someone with a condescending tone reminding me that there's a shortage not even letting me speak, then asking if I received a call yet. Umm no. Well like I said before we'll call you when we receive them. CLICK, hangs up on me. I go into the DOL, and they tell me that the shortages have been completed and ALL dealers have gotten the plates. Then the DOL lady gives me a number to call to solve the issue. I call the number for Jessica, who was very polite, obviously not the same person I talked to in the morning and she tells me they were sent out Dec 10th, which means they never called me when they came in. Bottom line a little more sense of urgency and some respectful communication could've turned this into a 5 star review no matter how long it took to get the car or plates
