I stopped by rairdon of Monroe to see about possibly upgrading. Talked to my friend Lee Vue and he got me set up with the perfect ride. Everybody there does a great job and Lee is excellent at explaining all the new car tech. If you are in the mood for something newer go and see him. Best salesman if worked with. I'll definitely go back there.

Very unethical sales managers at this location, Russ & Scott. I was purchasing a truck over the phone and in the middle of leaving a deposit and booking a flight for the next day somebody took the truck out for a test drive. I was told to now wait and if those people decided not to buy it then the truck would be mine. Because I was doing this over the phone and not in person they allowed these people to cut in front of me and then buy the truck. I had to wait over 40 minutes for them to decide if they wanted to buy the truck or not, and they did. This situation could have been resolved, the sales managers knew what was going on but figured selling to somebody in front of them was better than risking a sale of the phone. Very shady people. Greg, who I assume is the owner, wouldn't even call me after going back and forth through email, he told me his general manager spoke with me and gave a good explanation. That is not true, the only people I spoke with were the two sales managers. I attached a screenshot of Russ telling the salesperson "I assigned it to you so no worries" I guess if Russ is going to lie and be unethical he should do it verbally so there is no trace. Worth mentioning the sales person was very helpful and seemed honest, he was the reason I was buying a truck over the phone and flying across the country to pick it up the next day. BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE MY OPINION IS THE SALES MANAGERS ARE UNETHICAL, good to avoid this place.

They sold us a truck that had problems the second we drove it off the lot. Its been in the shop several times now and its only been 2 months. They never return your calls and seem irritated if you call them. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Go to Lee Johnson where they are honest and professional every step of the way. I regret ever buying here!

DO NOT BUY HERE

We bought a used Ford F150. From the second we drove it off the lot it had problems. The back door wouldn't open and the tail gate sticks so it's hard to open. They had us come back in A MONTH LATER to fix it. Now 2 months later it over heated and we ended up on the side of the road. It resulted in a broken water pump and every belt needing to be replaced. They are rude, NEVER CALL YOU BACK, even when you beg them to. They try to avoid unhappy customers by ignoring them. They never came to get the car we traded in that was undrivable and 2 months after we purchased I finally called them (3 different times) to ask them to tow it, like they said they would. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever worked with and regret buying from them. GO TO LEE JOHNSON IN KIRKLAND if you want honest, professional, and friendly service. We bought our other car there and couldn't be more impressed.

"Customer Service" - NOT!

Brought my vehicle in for a repair item as well as a recall item. I clearly stated when I made the appointment that this included a specific recall item. When I picked up my vehicle, I discovered that while the repair item was completed, the recall item was not. I found this out when I started the vehicle and saw that the warning light was still on! At no point in the multiple contacts over 2 days including when I picked up the vehicle was I ever told that the recall item was not completed and that a part had to be ordered requiring me to take the vehicle in again. Over the next 10 days, I left multiple messages for the Service Manager to discuss what I feel should have been Customer Service 101 - Keep The Customer Informed. When I was finally able to speak with him, he did apologize on behalf of his team. He said that he would personally see when the part would be in and would call me. Imagine my surprise when a call was made by someone else from the Service Department to a phone number I no longer have to advise the part was in. I have advised Rairdon on numerous occasions what number they should call. And they still can't get it right. The total lack of Customer Service, extremely poor communication, and the inability to make even the most simple changes to an account mean that I will no longer take my vehicle to any Rairdon facility.

No pressure!

John Knudson was great to work with, no pressure to buy "today". Listened to what I wanted and he and his GM Rob looked for me. Took a little bit to find at the price I wanted, but drove off the lot with a very happy husband. Thanks John!
