Our salesman Derick or Devon? I don't know. He was not personable. He was quite argumentive. He was late and didn't introduce himself for hours after arriving. He left us alone to sit several times for over an hour. The other sales people seamed great and we liked our finance guy. We are happy with the car...just not with our sales person.

I was so impressed with the ease of purchasing a new vehicle. Richard was not overbearing, but actually he became a part of the family. Definitely you need more employees with Richards caring and positive attitude.

Oil Change
I called to make an appointment to get my oil changed I left a message due to no answer an it took over several days to get a return phone call. Then when I finally made an appointment at 2 pm they said it would be 30-45 mins top. Two hours later!!!!!!! My car is still not done. Completely inconvenient when I specifically asked how long it would take being that I had other plans. I called to complain to someone an was left on hold for over 10 mins very poor poor customer service. Very disappointed

Awesome experience
they really took care of me here at Kia, I bought a Kia soul and they dropped everything in the shop to get my remote start put in. I will definitely be coming back thanks guys!

Love My New Car!
As usual Kia took very good care of me. I like working with them. They made the process of buying this car fast and easy. This is my second Kia and I will likely buy another one. Also Ed is the best sales person ever, no pressure at all.

Lithia KIA of Anchorage
The purchase of this vehicle went very well, when we were being picked up from the airport the car we were purchasing was used to come get us so I could drive it back. On the way to the airport the front window was broken by a sanding truck. Lithia KIA replaced window for me without any question or problems. I appreciated all that they have done. Very upfront and reliable.
