They charge too much!

Don’t bring your vehicle here they will overcharge you. They want $180 just for a diagnostic, I called S&P Automotive and they $125 for a diagnostic , Eagle River Automotive $83 to run a pressure on the coolant thing. I made a BIG mistake bringing it here. Also, the girl lied to me when she told me that every where else charges $210, I’ll never bring my vehicle here again.

Great customer service, let me say thank you to Samuel for helping me getting a car. I didn’t get the car I want due to my credit, but I did walk out with a car on that day. I recommend this place for first buyer ect.

Had the best car buying experience at Lithia Kia of Anchorage! My first time buying a brand new car from a dealership and they made it friendly, pressure-free and quick and easy. Chris was amazing to work with and helped me pick the right car for me! He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy or put any prueesure on me whatsoever when I was looking at which cars I wanted to buy. I was very pleased and satisfied with all the help they gave me while buying my car. I absolute love my new car and would recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you so much for making my big first car buy a breeze!!!

Lithia Kia of Anchorage Service Department

I did a recall for my 2019 Kia Soul. All was done quickly and I was taken care of promptly. The service did take around 24 hours to get my vehicle taken care off. Thanks.

Lithia Kia of Anchorage is #1 in my book!

By far the best dealership and service department EVER. I have been dealing with Lithia Kia of Anchorage since 2019 and I will never go to anyone else. From Sam in sales, to the helpful and present GM's (actually visible right there on the sales floor, not behind some closed door like the "great wizard of Oz"), to the awesome service dept. staff! Everyone here is efficient, knowledgeable, and works hard to make sure you find a vehicle you love, and that getting your vehicle serviced, when the time comes, is a pleasant experience. My Seltos!

I looked on the website for a Kia Seltos. Keith Anderson called me and helped me find the one I wanted. He was very helpful and I got my car!! I love it!

Why I will never own another Kia (Day 74)

Why I will never own another Kia (Day 74) Lithia Kia has dishonorably denied recall repairs for my 2020 Kia Soul (roughly 17,000 miles and branded title). It has an open recall for poorly heat treated piston rings, with roughly 295,000 vehicles affected. My vehicle was towed (by Kia Roadside Assistance) and confirmed at Kendall Automotive, Kia’s partner service location in Fairbanks, to be eligible for repair under NHTSA#21V259 and Recall#SC209A before long distance transport set up by Jessica with Kia Consumer Affairs fell through. Instead of waiting an additional month without a courtesy car, I hired private transport to tow the Vehicle to Lithia Kia in Anchorage. There my vehicle was denied for repair under the recall. In the great words of Kia America Inc, June 11, 2021, “Kia has identified a defect in your vehicle which relates to motor vehicle safety ... A seized connecting rod bearing can result in engine damage, thereby increasing the risk of an engine stall and/or in certain cases a fire, due to a connecting rod puncturing the engine block allowing engine oil to leak onto a hot exhaust. An engine stall increases the risk of a crash. A fire increases the risk of injury.” I was lucky to not be hurt.

Chris M. was great!

We recently purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride from Chris Mathis, and we were extremely pleased with our dealings with him and everyone else at the dealership. The vehicle has been fantastic thus far.
