I had just arrived at your dealership from visiting one of your competitors where nobody was willing to help. When I arrived, I was met by Tom Darby. He was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of Subaru was outstanding. His no pressure sales approach made me feel ease as well. The Forester I was looking to purchase was also being sought by another individual. Darby made sure I got the car by hustling to get all my paperwork ready for finance. I would definitely go back to him for my next purchase. Finance was also great with Brent.

Pulled into the dealership intended to only test drive the vehicles I was researching. With the help from a fantastic representative of the Subaru family, Tom Darby. He shared his knowledge and passion of the cars and understood completely my need for a new car. Because ironically my vehicles radiator and then-some had gone out, due to an accident a month ago from an 18 year old pulling out in front of me in his new mustang. Darby provided excellent customer service from start to finish. His knowledge re the Subaru product is deep and wide. He is my first round draft choice when I make my next car purchase...I do not hesitate to recommend him too anyone who are making a car purchase

Poor service. Over priced. Didn’t offer price as listed online. Had to request it. No one greeted me. Was told windshield fluid was topped off, was not.

Working with Tom to get our 2019 Forester was easily the best car dealership experience we have ever had. Tom is friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and transparent. It’s clear customer experience is very important to him, and he made us feel very supported and comfortable during the entire experiende. I usually hate to buy a car just because of the sleezy sales guys and the game/sales process they play. But, at Subaru Superstore I was surprised not to experience it. That made me want to buy the car even more. Regardless, it was a pleasant experience and I got an awesome car at an awesome price.

Crosstrek is exciting to drive. Comfortable, roomie and handles wonderfully.

Weakness: Service agents need more training as to what oil change includes Strength: Facilities are great
