Fred greeted us with a smile and a handshake as soon as we got out of our vehicle. He asked questions about what we were looking for and showed us vehicles that would fit our needs. He was very kind and understanding. We will definitely be buying another vehicle from Fred.

Upon walking in the door, my husband and I came upon Justin and he took us right over to where we needed to be. I asked him a question about the new car we had purchased and right off the bat, he answered it. We couldn't ask for better service.

We had a service issue with our Subaru Outback, which was not purchased at the Subaru Superstore. At the service desk, Dulcie Pimentel was assigned our car. She was pleasant, professional and attentive to all our needs. We received outstanding service and appreciate all the service team did to get us on the road. We especially appreciated the car wash! While we were waiting I looked at other cars, Justin Butcher assisted me. He did an excellent job of answering all my questions and got me a quote on what a trade would cost, even though I told him I was just curious. He was polite and professional. We enjoy owing our Subaru Outback and when we get ready to trade we will make it a point to visit the Subaru Superstore and look up Justin.

This was our best experience buying a car to date. It was my sons first time getting a new car on his own. I was just there to make sure everything went well. It was fairly fast, painless, and overall friendly. The only complaint I have were the few times I caught the salesperson whispering to another right after we had spoken.....not cool, whether it was about us or not. And a couple times he was a a tad bit condescending when my son asked, what I assume he deemed a "stupid" question. Financing was awesome! Everybody was friendly and greeted us as they walked by. All in all I would still use this dealership again.

From the moment we walked up Seton was there & waiting to help us. He knows his product backwards & forwards and spent a lot of time with us even though we said we "were just looking", thus earning our trust. The actual negotiation process was easy and without the hassles we've oft times had in the past. Thanks for a great experience, Seton!

I was rear ended and my car was a total loss. My biggest source of anxiety was having to deal with car dealers. Fortunately, my wife and I only visited a few lots before we found Subaru Superstore. We met Justin and he showed us several cars. We found him to be very personable and respectful, not at all pushy. He was able to answer all of our questions and best of all, he was happy to give us some space when we needed to talk. We found the whole experience, start to finish, to be very positive.
