Dean Montoya spent an extended amount of time aiding me in fitting an Outback to fulfill my personal needs. His experience and product knowledge was key in my vehicle selection. Once determined he worked the deal with the Sales Management team and I to a creative, fair, mutually beneficial, and respectful outcome for all parties. As a result I extend the highest recommendation of Dean as a Sales Associate and the Sales Management Team at the Subaru Superstore to anyone.

Best new car buying experience we've ever had. We...

Best new car buying experience we've ever had. We were literally turning into Honda when I once again urged my wife to test drive the new 2014 Forester. She'd already test driven the Honda CR-V and I used to sell Hondas. She liked how it drives like a car, but wondered about the all-wheel-drive...which is really a front wheel drive converted to all-wheel-on-demand. Worst case, I figured we'd have competing numbers with which to compare the CR-V pricing. Our Subaru Sales Rep. Bill East was friendly, knowledgeable and patient - all of which proved important. Test driving the entry level trim Forester, my wife really liked the ground clearance, smooth yet powerful CVT and driver visibility. She and our daughter were caught in a flash flood a couple months ago in a sedan. She vowed to find an SUV or SUV crossover better suited for heavy run-off, snow and mountains. Unfortunately, she couldn't find a comfortable position for her notoriously bad back. Ready to leave - I asked about the step up model. Sure enough Bill said it features a power adjustable drivers seat including tilt, up/down and lumbar . Bill reminded her the step-up also features a moon-roof. She liked that. As soon as she adjusted the seat her face light up.and it was pretty much a done deal.The interest rate was good, negotiation was fair and finance was a breeze - no heavy pressure - just a low key, detailed explanation of the offerings.The personality of the dealership is a strong match for the Subaru brand reputation - high quality engineering, no flash - just straight talk and friendly folks.

My visit to this dealership was an unplanned one, as I saw a car on the lot while driving by. My experience was excellent; no wasted time or silly negotiations. The salesman, Pierre Evans was great as were my dealings with Rob Daily and Brandon in finance. Thanks !

Very friendly above board dealership. Made sure I was happy with my purchase and explained all the features thoroughly. No pressure to buy and very willing to negotiate. Showroom was very well organized and clean. Owner amenities such as waiting room, coffee and snacks a very nice touch. Met with owners wife Lori and was very nice visit and expression of sincerity that she was concerned I was happy with my deal. Would recommend and also buy again in the future. Our salesperson Larry Jones was great to work with and having owned Subaru's before, and the most knowledgeable I ever ran into.

Ryan was friendly, informative and very helpful. No hardsell. He really listed to understand what we were looking for, what we hoped to pay, and addressed all our concerns. The finance person was also very helpful. When we bought my husband's car at a different dealer, they put pressure on us to purchase add ons we were not interested in having. The whole experience at Subaru Superstore was smooth and enjoyable, which was not what I expected. (I usually dread the process of buying a car.) I would definitely recommend this dealer and especially the salesperson, Ryan Johnson.

My husband and I had decided to purchase a Subaru...

My husband and I had decided to purchase a Subaru Forrester and had been looking online. We found on at this dealership and decide to go take a look. Let me tell you - we had been dreading this. Our experience at dealerships has always been painful - so much so that we bought our last car online. Anyway, we were more than pleasantly surprised. We actually got a look at the car before anyone even approached us which was great. And when we did talk to someone, they were very helpful, no high pressure, no hidden costs - it was really great. Other than it taking several hours to complete the deal - most of which was due to having to wait for the final touches and inspection on the vehicle. Even the financing was quick and easy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and the person we worked with, Larry Jones II. Everyone was very professional and pleasant.

Dean was very helpful and knowledgeable while explaining the different aspects of both the Outback and Forester. His expertise enabled us to make an informed decision as to which vehicle would best serve our needs. Brent walked us through all the finance, extended warranty, and possible add-ons so that they made sense, but we never felt pressured to purchase items beyond our needs. The digitized paperwork screen is great!! Mark explained the Costco purchase program.

We loved the non-pressure, yet attentive way we were...

We loved the non-pressure, yet attentive way we were treated. Started the first Saturday when we arrived to just "explore" by test driving and talking about financing. Ended the very next Saturday when we closed the deal by making a purchase. Larry was great, knows Subaru inside and out and our experience with Brent in financing was just as great. Lisa...thank you! I was recommended to this dealership by my nephew in-law...

I was recommended to this dealership by my nephew in-law because his family has bought over 15 cars from them and highly praise the service they have received each and every time. On Friday I had damaged my car to where buying a new car was the very best option for me. My nephew took me to the dealership and hooked me up with Morgan. Morgan was extremely helpful and supportive in finding the right car for me and my budget. The owner, Richard also was involved to get me the best car possible. The finance people also worked extremely hard to. This was the best experience of buying a car that I have ever had. No pressure at all!!
