By far this was the best car buying experience either one of us has ever had. We first went through Costco to find a local dealership. We were called by Ryan Johnson about 6 hours later. We were very pleased with the information he gave us over the phone. When we got to the dealership, Ryan was not in yet. That was no problem. We were there just to look and crunch some numbers, so we thought. As a recently retired couple, we needed to make sure this new car fit in our budget. Dean Montoya was very patient with us. We looked at so many versions of the Crosstrek and then looked at the same ones again. Dean kept a very positive attitude through the whole process. He did what he could to get us a better trade in amount and interest rate that made this sale possible. If we every buy another car, it will definitely be a Subaru at the Subaru Superstore location in Chandler. Keep up the great Customer Service.

I am, and always have been, completely impressed with Jerry's professionalism and clarity when explaining to me repairs on my car. If I leave a message for Jerry, he returns my call promptly. He is always "right on" with the amount of time that it will take to complete a service, and is also very accurate with estimating the costs. Jerry is a pleasure to work with, and I would definitely recommend your service department to another Subaru owner. As a matter of fact, I will be needing to purchase a second Subaru (my son just turned 16) by the end of the year, and I am loyal to Subaru Superstore for the purchase of that new car . . . because of Jerry Zack. Great experience I worked with Larry Jones. We did a trade in with cash down and Larry not only drove out to my house to get the title with me but drove all the way to Buckeye to have my dad sign the "and" title on the car. These two trips alone were atleast 3 hr drives for Larry to complete. I am well satisfied with how important I was to this dealership and how important I was to Larry. I would highly recommend anyone to Subaru in Chandler if you are looking for outstanding customer service and reliable cars.

I was greeted and asked about what type of car I was looking at. Dan was very informative about the Subaru Crosstrek and gave me a ride in one of the lot vehicles. I told him I was looking for a specific color with "no frills". He immediately said a new shipment came in that day with the car I was looking for. He cleaned up the car which took about 10 minutes and showed me the car. I was impressed that I could get a car I really wanted without having to buy what was on the lot. Dan was very good at conversing about life in general before sharing about pricing and an attachment I wanted for the car. I felt he was very personable and did not pressure me. I bought the car that day and picked it up two days later. When I got to appointment on Saturday the car was ready, cleaned in in a garage. Dan demonstrated as well as share how to operate features in the car before I left the dealership. Very good sales approach and personable person!

My kids and I had to make an unplanned and inconvenient stop for services regarding a concern that came up with our car. We arrived and Jerry took care of things immediately, he definitely went the extra mile to accommodate us, as he has in the past. Jerry and others in the dealership were so kind and friendly, it made our experience extremely comfortable and smooth. My kids were given such kindness and attention to make the whole experience painless. We left feeling like it was actually a fun part of our day! Thank you for taking care of us and our vehicle!

I wanted a more economical option over my WRX. They test drove the XV crosstrek with me and got me set up with a killer deal. Very straight forward and loyal to their repeat customers.

This is our third Suparu Ourback. Mike Harris has been in charge of maintaining our other cars. He does a great job. Larry Jones sold us our new Outback. He was very good and helpful. Marc helped us with the paperwork. He was also professional and helpful. He has also called to followup and offered help if needed.
