I was contacted by Jen Ponsock about trading in my 2011...

I was contacted by Jen Ponsock about trading in my 2011 Subaru Outback. She was one of the most pleasant voices that I have experienced on the other end of a phone call. She answered all my questions, called back when I asked her to and met me in the showroom when I went in to negotiate for my new car. Larry Jones was professional, personable and just a nice guy. He spent time getting what I asked for, answering my questions and doing basically whatever it took to make sure I had a good experience. I was not looking to trade my car, but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. They were great to work with and I look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.

It's always a positive, stress free experience...

It's always a positive, stress free experience bringing my third Forester in for service at the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert. Comfortable, spotless waiting area, top of the line maintenance staff. They always seem to be able to work around my schedule so that I can drop my Forester off, pick up a beautiful Subaru loaner car and come back the next day to find my Forester shiny clean and ready to go. The times when I'm able to wait for my Forester to be serviced I like to browse around the show room and check out the new models. I just love the sales staff here. Very professional, answering all my questions and no pressure. All I can say is I'm looking forward to purchasing my fourth Forester from the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert. Thank you guys.

Well today was a great day, last night my daughter came...

Well today was a great day, last night my daughter came home and said she had met a person who worked for Subaru. Her name was Jen Ponsock and she gave my daughter her card that she would find a car for me, she said that she worked for a family owned business and that they would not be pushy or get us into something by pressuring us. Then I get a phone call this morning and it was Jen introducing herself as the person my daughter met last night, she assured me we would not be pressured into something. Well she set me up with a sales man Dan Collinsworth and we looked and I explained what I needed and could afford. So we finally found the car it was beautiful just what I wanted they worked their magic and I got the car. So we started the processing of the paperwork, when you walk in its very nice atmosphere, they have complimentary water, coffee, cookies fruit it was great. So I just want to say I would recommend Subaru in Chandler Az and please make sure you ask for Dan Collinsworth and make sure you look for Jen Ponsock you will have a great experience as I did. I will refer my friends and family to Subaru dealer in Chandler, Az. Thank you Sandra Zaccard

I first met Morgan Trzaskos when I went to the dealer to...

I first met Morgan Trzaskos when I went to the dealer to see new the new Subaru Impreza five door hatch. We went for a test drive and he explained every thing about the car well. I told him I was about six months from buying a new car. We exchanged contact info and I went on my way. As months went by, Morgan kept in touch via e-mail, letting me know of any current dealer specials. He never bugged or pressured me, just kept me informed and even asked if I had already purchased another car that he would remove me from his contact list If I so desired. When the need for a new car became necessary, he was able to present three models based on previous conversations that might meet my wants and needs. The negotiation process was quick and easy and I got a great deal on my new Impreza Sport Limited. The financing process with Brent Gunderson was also quick and easy. Morgan took us on a tour of the facility and at vehicle check out, went over every thing on the car, even linking my wife`s smart phone to it. He was assisted by Jen Ponsock, a new sales rep in training. She was very exited for us receiving our new car and a strong Subaru supporter. Raul Ramirez in parts, assisted me with the purchase of some accessories. I met Dulcie Pimentel, my assigned Service Advisor, who seemed ready and willing to meet my service needs. Everyone I dealt with at Subaru Superstore Is friendly, knowledgeable, happy where they`re working and treated my wife and I like family. This truly was my best new car buying experience.

Subaru Superstore is on the high end of all the Subaru...

Subaru Superstore is on the high end of all the Subaru dealerships that I have endured including Washington state and Florida. I have owned 6 Subaru's and have dealt with many dealerships both in the sales department and in the service department. This one is the very best! The sales department staff is fair and works with the buyer to get the best deal possible, the service department is fantastic and the whole facility is extremely clean. Mike Harris is an outstanding service rep. and is very personable, courteous, and respectful. In the past and in the present, Mike has helped me with my concerns and questions regarding my Subaru's. I have contacted him many times (even when I was in other states) about a question or concern involving my Subaru or even a tire concern, etc., and he has always been there for me being informative and helpful. Mark, Jen and David where great people to work with. They were very polite and respectful.. It was a pleasant experience working, and buying a used F150 Ford from them.. And also sending the day at the dealership with the three of them and also the rest of the staff at Subaru!!

Larry was wonderful to work with and once the deal moved...

Larry was wonderful to work with and once the deal moved to the sales managers the experience stayed the same. Very professional, we were able to talk through the negotiation reasonably and like adults. Once we agreed on the deal the experience with the finance was equally pleasant. I would certainly recommend Subaru Superstore to anyone in the Phoenix area for an extremely pleasant buying experience.

Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. All staff was very personable and I feel we got a good deal on our new forester. I am looking forward to working with them for all our service also
