Good service

Vaden takes good care of their customers. Their staff is friendly and take the time to answer questions. The waiting room is comfortable and even has charging ports for cell phones. They took the time to redo a process on my car when it was not entirely successful the first time. They stated it should be done right and not have me pay for something I didn't really get. I recommend Vaden for service on your vehicle.

Free oil change

Since this was the first oil change after purchasing my SRX, it was of course free. I love that! Service with a smile! Even though it was Thanksgiving week, Summerlee got it done. Thanks Summer and thanks Vaden of Beaufort! Merry Christmas!!

Perfer to only rate the service department..

I am rating only the SERVICE DEPARTMENT--always have a great experience.. They show great professionalism, always letting the customer know what is going on and time frame of service..They go above and beyond in Customer Service which is greatly appreciated

VERY GOOD

EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY FASHION. MY 2019 CHEVY SILVERADO WAS SERVISED ON TIME AND WAS FINISHED EARLY. WOULD NOW RECOMMEND VADEN SERVICE.
