We found the vehicle we were looking for online. Once I actually went to MotorMax to see the minivan, I met salesman Kenny Buron. Kenny was very helpful, and did not pressure me in any way to purchase the vehicle. He even offered to let us take the van home for a few hours. Well, a few hours turned into overnight due to a family emergency! This was not a problem for Kenny or his supervisor. They allowed us to keep the vehicle overnight for a small deposit. The next day we purchased the vehicle for a fair price, and we were on our way. I'm very happy with the service we received from Kenny and the staff a MotorMax.

Great place to buy a vehicle. The staff are very friendly and treat you like they have know you your whole life. Definitely would buy another vehicle from them in a hearth beat.

Glenn and Kamran are awesome...just came in to see if i could even be financed, not expecting to walk out the same day with a vehicle. $1600 warranty very limited just put my acura 2005 tsx in the shop for the 3rd time in 5 months have spent over 2000 in repairs. The warranty only pays for parts and labor costs paid are from the 1980s.

I bought a Chevy Trailblazer SS from Motor Max of Grand Rapids in Feb 2014. It's June and my truck has already been in the shop for 3 weeks. The motor is blown. I bought the warrantee and had an inspector from the warrantee company come look at the truck. He informed me that the truck had been ran out of oil several times before my purchase. The war enter company has been trying to contact the manager but they will not return their calls. They sell Junk. I also bought n 08 Pontiac G6 from them it had electrical problems. I thought I just got a bad car out of the batch and traded it for the truck. Boy was I wrong! My recommendation NEVER BUY FROM MOTOR MAX!!!

I went there to look at their inventory.... I'm a mechanic by trade and I highly suggest anyone that decides to buy a vehicle there to be ready. They don't look at any of their vehicles and their so called inspections are bogus. I feel bad for the people that have purchased from this dealership. I have heard from too many people of the major mechanical problems they have encountered
