Exceptional service after the sale

Purchased an overpriced 2008 Z4M with less than 6,000 miles. Purchase has hassle free and car arrived at my home in NY in mint condition. A few days later car developed a problem, which my local BMW dealership determined was the ABS module. Local dealership told me the part alone was going to be $3000. I sent EAG a simple e-mail letting them know of my disappointment with such a major repair on a new purchase. They immediately responded by contacting my local dealership and sending the dealer the new part, at no cost to me. They backed up their sale with a $3000 part, quickly, hassle free, with no pressure from me. That was amazing after sale support that went well beyond anything I would have expected.

The best in class for ///M cars

I have purchased 15 cars from Enthusiast Auto and wouldn't buy anywhere else. If you're looking for a pre-owned M car, this is the place to visit. Their knowledge, service, and quality of cars are second to none. Their prices are not the lowest, but you definitely get what you pay for, especially when looking to buy such a special car. Take my advice from someone who has learned the hard way, don't go anywhere else.

Fantastic BMW Purchase Experience!

I live in California and made my BMW M3 purchase from the Enthusiast Auto Group over the Internet. As you can imagine, buying a vehicle online can be a daunting experience, however Evan, of EGA, assisted me through the entire process. The purchase went very smooth and I am expecting delivery here shortly. I would HIGHLY recommend EAG for your next BMW purchase ? they know what they are talking about, are willing to go the extra mile to help, and I feel they will be a partner for life, even after I have already owned my vehicle and should I have any questions/concerns in the future. I would give them a higher rating that 5-stars, if I could!

If you want a sports car, this is where you buy it

Top notch from start to finish. These guys are professionals all the way through. All their cars are maintained and prepared for sale with such a high level of detail and perfection which is absolutely unparalleled. Have purchased only 1 car from them so far (2003 BMW M5) and already looking forward to the next purchase.

Best auto purchase experience...

I'd been wanting this car since it came out in 2011. When I saw the price, and the excellent condition this car was in, I had to call. I spoke with owner Eric Keller the day before Thanksgiving after seeing this car on the website. I was impressed with his knowledge and how passionately he spoke about BMW M cars. He was a car guy......a BMW car guy, not just a salesman. He was informative, but not pushy. He sent me a wealth of information about their selection process and the car. I thought it over, and decided on Thanksgiving day to make the purchase. I sent an email, and to my surprise he responded. "The car is all yours." I was ecstatic. The entire process was so pleasant. They did all necessary maintenance and sent me a list of everything done. I couldn't pick the car up for a month and a half. They were so accommodative and kept the car in storage. I decided to have the DINAN upgrade performed on the vehicle and the work was done professionally and in house. When I finally was able to pick up the vehicle, I flew to Ohio. They sent a driver to pick me up from my hotel, and gave me a tour of their shop and dealership. The place is immaculate and everyone was so friendly. If you're into BMW M cars, definitely visit their dealership. I've never seen a collection of rare BMW M cars in one place. My 1M was prepped and ready to go. All the accessories and maintenance history was handed over. Eric took his time to relay any pertinent information given to him by the previous owner. I could tell this car was selected by Enthusiast Auto because of the pristine condition the previous owner had kept it in. It's almost a year since I've had my 1M and I love it. I've had no issues or surprises. Every time I've called with a question, I've been treated with such respect. Great Transaction

Bought a 2002 E39 M5 from them earlier this year. Car is everything it was advertised to be. Transaction was the smoothest ever. Car had one mechanical issue which they fixed quickly and expertly. Couldnt be happier

Great experience, highly recommend

I had a fantastic buying experience with these guys. There seems to be polarized views on the way they do business, but to me they are a rare and valuable group determined to be the M specialists and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Yes it will be more expensive than some private listings. You get a ridiculously clean needs-nothing car with some of the best and brightest techs getting the car into show condition. Beyond the car itself, the customer service was great. Would absolutely recommend.

Purchasing Experience

Good Afternoon To EAG, We wanted to send some comments regarding our purchase and delivery of the 2000 Z3 M Coupe. We have to admit that at first we were skeptical about purchasing a car from an out of state dealer. During our discussions with Erik and Evan we felt that the way the car and business were depicted were accurate. Both Eric and Evan are great in communicating with the potential buyer. The chosen car was delivered as described by a very accommodating driver in a closed transporter. We are very pleased with being able to add the M coupe to our BMW family. Purchase of '97 roadster

Purchased through Enthusiast Auto a '97 BMW Roadster. The car was in very good shape and was described accurately. They performed a significant amount of servicing make the vehicle truly a sign and drive transaction. They were very efficient in closing the transaction and I had the new title in my hand within one week's time. Good people and I would do business with them again.
