Horrible experience

Called at 11 am to see if the vehicle I was interested in was available, as I was 3 hours away. Salesman Maurice said the car was available the keys are right here. I asked to put a deposit down on it and he said he would put a courtesy hold on it until I got there. Got there at 230 pm and they tell me the car was SOLD, I was pissed. Mgr says it was sold in the morning and I said and no one bothered to call me. What a terrible experience, will never deal with this company again.

First time buyer - Very satisfied

The dealership is clean and welcoming. Reception was cordial and prompt. Sales process was enjoyable and easy. The vehicle was fairly priced but the dealer fees are too high.

THIEVES AND LIARS

I understand the $999 dealer fee, but the $489 protection fee and the $1240 PDR were slid in at closing. These folks are thieves who take advantage of people.....as an obviously disabled American, I was duped. I am more disappointed in myself than I am in them.

Great experience

My husband and I purchased two vehicles from the HGreg Orlando location. Kyle Bonilla was our salesman. We had such a good experience with the first purchase we went back a month later for my car. Kyle was very nice and knowledgeable. The whole process went smoothly thanks to Kyle and Bismark Colombiet. They had great prices and a large selection!

Great experience and process

I had a great experience. Salesperson Christian Vacca, was awesome, he took care of my requests, was very polite, went through all the steps with me and made me satisfied. The financial manager, John, very cool guy, lots of knowledge on the market and was able to get my deal through, at the payment Range I wanted to start with, made suggestions and offered services, warranties etc.. the sales manager, cannot remember his name, showed up after the deal was completed and he could definitely learn a bit more on customer service and satisfaction. But his insignificance did not affect my satisfaction and the sale process. I will definitely be back as a loyal customer and give referrals. Thank you!

Hgreg Orlando THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISE

UPDATE: Please be aware and DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY before they fix any issues with the vehicle. Before we bought the vehicle it had 2 lights on and we ask them several times to make sure these were going to be fixed. For “peace of mind” they signed a document were they stated they were going to fix the issues the next day. Next day we called and NO ANSWER. Call them again and was told a manager was going to return our calls and schedule an appointment. Waited all day and no phone call. By the third day still no phone call. Finally took the car to the BMW to check if these issues were fixable otherwise I was taking this car back to them. IT NEEDED A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE and some electrical issue fixed. I PAID OUT OF MY POCKET TO GET THESE ISSUES FIXED. I have called them numerous time and NO ANSWER. The least they can do is refund me the money. Yet still no answer. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT PURCHASE THE VEHICLE IF THEY DON’T FIX THE ISSUES BEFORE YOU TAKE IT OUT THE LOT OTHERWISE EXPECT TO BE SCREWED LIKE WE WERE!

Terrible Experience

So after working with Hgreg for a car I was really interested in purchasing everything was all set with them for me to come in and check out the car. I lived 4 hours away from the dealership and had coordinated my visit with my salesman to arrive on Saturday. I was ready to walk out of there with my new vehicle and all ready pre approved. I had to requirement from Hgreg and that was to have the electrical vehicle charged and ready for me to test drive. I specifically ask this twice to make sure it was charged. STRIKE 1. Needless to say when I got there the vehicle was still completely dead. STRIKE 2. When we plugged in the vehicle it didn’t take a charge. STRIKE 3 neither the salesman nor manager knew anything about the vehicle or how to operate it. STRIKE 4. I crawled under the vehicle to inspect it and it was FULL of dried mud clumps like it had been driven through a mud pit. The vehicle was obviously not inspected very well at all! STRIKE 5. The interior of the vehicle was dirty as can be. It was clearly not ready for anyone to purchase. Run AWAY from Hgreg as fast as you can. I’m sure this review will not make it onto their webpage as they review all them prior to going on their page. I will make sure I spread to word as far and fast on how terrible this dealership was. Just a disgrace. All I received was a sorry. Guess that 8 hour round trip was a complete waste of time and money.
