I sold my car to them on Nov 2 they said my payment would be ready in 5-7 business days. After 10 business days I called them they said it was mailed. After 5 business days I called them again for status they said check was not mailed and will be mailed. 3 business days later called back for status than they said I would need to pick up at the dealer I sold the car too which was in Doral. When They finally confirmed the check was at the cashier I went on Dec 9th to pick up the check than they were looking for 20 excuses why They could not give me the check. When I threatened them to give me my car back or the check, that is when they released my check. This is way too much for me to every deal with this kind of nonsense again

This was my first time buying a car and smiley made the entire experience easy! He was so kind and patient with all my questions. He truly cares about his customers. Allen in finance was super helpful, and faith at front desk as nice and welcoming. Overall great experience.
