They have a good selection of low mileage used cars. Their prices appear to be fair and market based. They still have extra "dealer" add on costs, but not as crazy as OEM dealers. Their agents are friendly and helpful. Buying process is easy and the car was clean and prepped well for pickup. Only one complaint and it's an odd one. When I test drove my Honda on a Tues the gas tank was near full. I remember this with certainty, because I was unsure how to read the gage and the agent confirmed it was near full. When I picked the car up after buying it the gas tank was near empty. It seems unlikely the car was driven that much in those few days to consume all that fuel, but also seems petty that they would siphon out the gas. Weird!

Dude. $999 dealer fees “because we have to go and get it at the auction, clean it, etc and $399 document fees. LMAO 😂 !!!! Is someone trying to price their cars low to get that “great deal” tag on all of the auto websites? So sad... why not just be honest from the start? That really makes me want to buy a car from you. ‘Cheapest snowballs in town, only 99 cents! (But you have to pay $10 for the cup.) hahaha

My daughter needed a car for college. When we got there the one in Orlando. we were greeted by a rep. We signed in and in about 10 mins a very pleasant young man came out to show us around. He was very patient, didn’t rush us or force us to buy a car. We finally purchased a Audi Q3. I’m so glad I went to Hgreg

The car buying process was very good, helpful and professional, however the team stressed that if anything was needed don't hesitate to call, the car was missing front car mats and most importantly tire jack and associate tools, we tried contacting on three occasions explaining the problem but zero response.

We had a really bad experience with the HGreg.com in Orlando . First of all the Sales Devin Dugazon helped me check my Credit in the front, my APR was 2.9 . When I was going do the financing part inside the office the APR became to 4.9 . I was asking the sales, is my APR will be around 2.9 and will not become a big different when I finance right? He was answer YES for SURE. In the office , the man did the finance for us and he said there is no 2.9 , and the sales is not supposed to check your credit in the front. That was totally lying to us. Before you decided to buy everything is good the sales even Promise give the full tank of gas, after you did all the paperwork they denied . Is that not something you deserved when you buy a car? All the above we can accepted , but when we got home we checked my credit Report it has been checked by FOUR different banks, of course ,my credit score has gone down 70 points . I highly don NOT recommend to have business with this company , is there is zero star It definitely for them. I have Pictures that can Prove . I purchased a vehicle 5 days ago. The car started giving me steering/driving problems as soon as I got it on the highway after the purchase. I don't know much about cars. I figured the car just needed tire balancing and that it wasn't anything major. I couldn't do anything until the weekend due to my work schedule. I took the car in today to a private mechanic to see what was wrong and was advised my break pads and my rims were damaged. I was shown the damage areas. When HGreg allows you to test drive, they guide you through local roads only. I was never told there was a service department or to bring the car in for any issues. I didn't expect the car to have any problems. Today, I spoke to HGreg and was told I would not be reimbursed for repairs I had to make and that there was nothing they could do about the damaged rims. I'm so disappointed and feel that I was taken advantage of. I no longer even want the vehicle and there is nothing I can do about it, but continue to spend money to repair the damaged wheels and whatever other damages the car may have. BEWARE of purchasing a vehicle at HGreg!

I went to dealership knowing what i wanted to buy after narrowing my car choice using internet info to three cars. Our sales representative, Jared, greeted us warmly and treated me with respect. He was knowledgeable of the HGreg system and did not challenge the information I had brought. In fact, he encouraged me to look deeper at each car with the CarFax check provided for each car by the dealer. I appreciated the openness of the dealership. The price offered on the internet was the price. I share this because another traditional dealership when meeting us lead with"you can't believe everything you read on the internet". That price is best price and not everyone meets the criteria." I had lined up my financing prior to shopping making car purchasing effortless. The business manager offered but did not "squeeze" me to purchase anything extra. When I left dealership, my car had been cleaned and there was about 30 miles of gas in the car. Although used; it felt new to me. At HGreg you purchase the used car AS IS -the car I purchased had two types floor mats-all weather and traditional, 2 key bobs, a first aide kit a spare tire as well as back area having both protective mat and shields. Although all car buying feels like an effort, the afternoon spent at this dealership felt purposeful and straightforward. I was pleased with the respect given to me. The only recommendations I might make is in the area of showroom amenities. You are in a warehouse and it feels that way. But if I can save $$$ on a car purchase transaction that is the least of my concerns.
