Bought 2015 228i BMW

Ali was our contact and did a good job, my issue was picking up and driving off with the car. They provided only one key FOB and did not have the wind deflector which comes with the 228i convertibles. The main issue is after driving out of the lot, the indicator is telling me that I only have 6 miles of gas before I run out. What dealer provides only 6 miles of gas. Why not at least 1/4 of a tank. It was a disaster trying to find a gas station in Orlando since I am from Weeki Wachee FL.

Worst customer service after buying

This review is for HGreg in West Palm Beach All good until you sign and then they go back on their word. Won’t buy from there again but good selection of vehicles. Customer service wasn’t great at all, again after you sign it’s almost like you’re nonexistent. Very disappointed and realized the smiles and helpfulness were all an act. If you need any service done, forget about scheduling it on your time because you have to wait for them to call you and THEN you schedule. Also, the manager on duty looked at me standing there waiting to talk to him and resumed working on his computer. I stood there for another 7-8 minutes before asking the receptionist if there was another manager I could speak with. Who leaves a customer standing there while you continue working on the computer??? My issue hasn’t been resolved and I’m waiting for a callback, it’ll be interesting to see how long the wait will be for them to take care of the concern

First/ Last HGreg Purchase

Couldn't see in pictures, but the truck had a large screw in one of the tires and a crack in the windshield. Immediately made me wonder what else is wrong with this truck.

Non - Existent Customer Service

Terrible experience all the way around. Would not give them my business they lack customer experience and service training. I had to walk away from a good deal not because of the sales person but because of the incompetence of the finance manager.

Worst experience rude staff

I was in the market to purchase a used car for my son and reached out to HGreg (I live outside the state of Florida). I must say, in my years of purchasing vehicles this is by far my worst experience. I had to constantly chase them for a straightforward answer, their sales director (not sure how he’s even in sales) had a terrible attitude. They gave me a number of run arounds, had inspection performed which report stated car was fine to my surprise I arrived to Florida this was not the case. Not to mention I called asking if I can pick up car February 26th was told yes car is ready I arrived to Florida (I was visiting family figured I’d leave it at my relatives house until hauler arrived) and then said bank hasn’t fund car yet? I was looking for a better deal from what my local market was offering and to be honest I would of preferred to pay a bit more and not have to deal with this hassle. My advise to everyone sometimes the money you save (which really isn’t much after you tag on their fees and transport of vehicle) you’re better off not even bothering with these guys. They treat you as if though they’re doing you a favor.

Excellent Experience

This was my first time buying a vehicle so I went into this process already on guard for the greasy salespeople. I spoke with Steffano initially after calling in to inquire about the car I was interested in online. He was extremely courteous and helpful, offering to schedule me for a test drive as one of the first customers in the store seeing as they’d just opened. Once I got to the dealership, I was immediately greeted at the door and introduced to Judith. Immediately Judith explained the company’s focus on transparency and turned the computer screen to show me everything she was looking at as she pulled up the information on the car I wanted. Judith provided all of the CarFax information and quickly offered a test drive. In truth, what sets this dealership apart is their family like way of operating and genuine desire to get every customer into a great car. After falling in love with the vehicle, Judith got me set up with completing the finance application and from there I quickly moved forward with purchasing my first vehicle. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and made me feel like I was a part of the team. Judith and the HGreg truly made this nerve wracking experience painless and I left feeling more confident about the purchase and cars in general than when I’d walked in. I can’t thank HGreg enough for getting me exactly what I wanted. Amazing customer service and business! I will absolutely be purchasing my next car from here and have already recommended this dealership to my friends and family.

Poor experience

Well first off I am I young BUSINESS OWNER with great credit. Me and my fiancé (who is also fairly young) came along with his mother. The “salesman” automatically gravitated toward them (maybe because she is an older person I don’t even know) I even asked upon arrival if I should work with a different salesman to speed up the process and I was told to work with the same one. I got an appraisal for my current vehicle and the didn’t help in getting me a better deal at all the manager had a very nonchalant attitude. I asked to test drive a vehicle I liked about 5 times as well as my mother in law and the salesman insisted he complete the deal with my fiancé first... then because of how he treated me we decided to not get the car he insisted we close the deal on and my fiancé took his business to a different location the next day (whom treated us way better might I add). So then this salesman was forced to allow me to test drive the car and his demeanor was just looking like he felt like it was a waste of time. I would ask him to do certain things and he had attitudes. Then it’s like the whole situation changed when he ran my credit and I decided I wanted to get the car and I told him how much I would put down. Just ridiculous I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

underwhelmed

couldn't get any help from internet or phone people. had a boatload of cash but just got lied too. avoid at all costs. digital contact pointless still waiting on call that will never come. sarcastic and unintelligible. no help

Ask for the final price up front!

You'll wait for hours until you just want to get out of there before they call you in to do the paperwork. There, you'll finally meet a savvy salesman who'll try to sell you more stuff and learn of all the add-ons and final price which could be thousands over the price you have anticipated. I ended up paying @3K over the advertised price! BTY, the car handled poorly on the test drive because the tires were overinflated by 7 to 11 psi over the decal pressures.
