Highly recommend
If you are like me (and I think most people) car buying is about as fun as root canal. Well, I stumbled upon the HGreg website about a month ago and as much as I was reluctant to go to a used car dealership ... I found such a great selection, I could not resist. I used the West Palm Beach location. When they say they have over 1000 cars to select from ... they are not kidding. My sales person Jared was about the most helpful and laid back sales person I could have hoped for.. he provided prompt attention... and most important for me .. he listened to everything I said. He found four cars that met all of my needs... and some needs I did not even know I had! Moreover, they gave me more than I expected on my trade! When does that happen?!?! Finally, the finance lady, Christa was a gem. Seriously, these are people who I would want as friends - not just sales people doing their jobs. I will be back.. I will tell my friends and as far as I am concerned... I do not need to go anywhere else to buy a car.

Too slow process, they do t care your time
No customer service, slow process. Don’t waste your time at this place. Sales people keep referring to his manager and manager always pretends super busy like running the whole planet!! Before buying try to speak to the manager you will get it.

Great customer service
We called to inquiere if our Ford C-Max was available. Chadd was waiting, when we arrived, with the car and ready to explain the process to us. We drove it, liked it and purchased. The financial process was fine. We did not feel any pressure to buy at any point. Thank you.

I feel I’ve bee ripped off it’s been 7 months since I purchased a 2017 Nissan with 14k n my brakes are squeaking even though they apparently repaired them before I left the lot and now my ac is not working right! I called the service center via the only 1833 number n no one answers or calls back?

Mark our salesman was very professional and did a nice job. Only complaint they said they were going to fill the tank with gas and they didn’t. Left with a half tank
