Price was great and love, love, love the truck!! Facility was super, cashier is incredible! Everything the salesman, Tony, told was right on the money. Would buy from HGREG in Doral agin.

Bad people bad service bad dealership

Bought a 2019 nissan versa with a clean car fax brought it to coral springs Nissan after noticing car pulling to the right well after nissan did an inspection major damage underneath the car broken tye rod bent rear axel brought it back to hgreg they had the vechicle over 2 weeks said they made all repairs after sending me back and fourth to 2 different hgregs and the car is still pulling to the right bringing it back to coral springs Nissan to check hgregs work then to see what my legal options are please avoid this dealership especially Alex he is the head salesman over there horrible customer service will never deal with such low lifes again

Awful location once you pass the salesperson

I am a military service member that recently deployed. Prior, I was three days out from leaving and I went to each Greg, the Orlando Doral location to purchase a vehicle for my daughter, before I leave. The salesman Carlos was amazing. But all interaction I had after him, was horrible. I received a vehicle with a half-dead key fob that completely died that evening. At no time did anyone at the dealership allow me to start the car myself (thought it was a nice gesture but was a cover up) Also after further inspection 3 of the tires were beyond eight years old with dry rot on the insides. Upon putting new tires on the car I also found that the front brake pads were next to “metal on metal” which is a safety hazard. The finance manager sold me on $2000 worth of gap insurance that I did not need which I am canceling now (I put a large amount of money down in the first place) Canceling, as I am deployed, forward. Trying to communicate with the sales department has been next to impossible, all phone numbers go to a “full mailbox that isn’t accepting messages”. This was a huge inconvenience and I was treated very rudely when I spoke to Sales Manager “Danny”. I do not want to be too long-winded but I will say I believe that all management in the HGreg Orlando Doral location should be internally investigated and trained, possibly relieved from their positions. I have never experienced such behavior and what the finance guy did was next to “white-collar robbery”. Even now they are dragging their heels on my GAP warranty cancellations. This is a horrible representation of Hgreg. Respectfully, Cameron

Hello Cameron, thank you for your feedback. The process of a cancellation takes around 6-8 weeks as it needs to go through different companies of a mutual customer. We understand this may be frustrating, but there are outside factors we cannot control. That being said, your refund is in process and we are awaiting refund from the warranty companies in order to issue a check to your lien holder. Thank you.

Amazing experience

What an amazing and hassle free experience! From the moment I got there I was treated with respect. Due to Covid we were social distancing and everyone was wearing masks. I finally broke it down to two cars, they ran two car fact checks on the cars and I was able to see everything from accidents to maintenance. Was never at any point pressured to purchase either one. He let us make the choice on our own. Didn’t rush us. I was approved within minutes and after test drives and everything, we came home with an amazing beautiful car. Extremely pleased with Maximo. Highly recommended! Car was washed and beautiful when we left. Thank you HGREG!!!!

Great Out of State Experience

HGreg was great to work with for my recent vehicle purchase. Being out of state, they still made the process very easy and always took my calls, emails, and texts seven days a week.
