THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS DEALERSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING.!!! Diego had everything ready when we got there. We drove the car and signed paperwork and off we went. Truly the best.

The worst service ever in my life

The worst service I ever receive in my life and then Not only that he hang up in my face while am explaining to him why would they tell me the car was available when it was not. So sad

Unfriendly out-of-state Policy

We were extremely disappointed in the company's decision to not offer to sell us a vehicle because we were from out of state and required a transport to pick up the vehicle. They stated it is their policy to not sell vehicles to out of state customers unless they can come in personally and pick up the vehicle. We offered to waive their warranty period and even sign a hold-harmless agreement in order to get the deal done. All were refused. It makes you wonder if they are hiding something and are not confident in the vehicles they are selling. Very sad for a dealer of this magnitude and reputation to be so difficult to do business with.

Decent selection of cars but falls short.....

Was told by a salesperson I could not apply to pre-qualify for a car unless i was at the dealership. So I went online and dug around and found out I could do it online. At least they had the car I wanted available. Overall the facility needs a face lift. Music playing was not conducive to a car dealership. The place was just not comfortable. Some employees just didn't carry themselves in a professional manner. Carmax down the block does a much better job in providing a more pleasant atmosphere. Some employees were not wearing their masks which was alarming. I was told that they had two keys to my vehicle but on delivery day I only got one key which was extremely frustrating. Finance dept tried to sneak in necessary pork into my payment after I said from the beginning I did not want anything extra. Finance guy had to reprint documents 3 times because of this. Delivery took way to long. Hgreg if you read this I want my 2nd key!! This is all easy fix stuff that doesn't cost a lot of money to right.

Bought my dream car, very happy

Francisco Oliva Sr. was fantastic to deal with, he was no frills, no fluff just straight up. He fixed some minor items which mattered to me with no argument. He also guided me through the complete process which is very important for an out of state buyer. I trust Francisco and HGreg completely, they provided very trustworthy car inspector, locksmith, body person and shipper. I am very happy with the car i received. I highly recommend HGreg and especially Francisco Oliva Sr., good well done fellas.

Sales team fantastic, finance on the other hand.

Sales team was excellent. The finance, that's where the "no haggle" ends. They slap on extra things you do not need. Try to hide those extra things as "Gap" when it was never part of gap. Extra insurance if your car is stolen and not recovered you get $5000, for $500? I have regular car insurance and gap for that! Their fees aren't unreasonable however be on the look out for them tacking on extra stuff you do not need. This is for the Orlando dealership. Their finalization is strange. First time ever buying a car I had to transfer insurance while still on the lot. I prefer to do this on line but then they want a copy of the binder sent to their onsite Florida One Insurance. I'm sure "for verification." I'm waiting for the call to sell me insurance. All in all the experience was lack luster and you really are a number at these kinds of places. The test drive is also short, you just drive around the block. No way to get a feel of if an engine/transmission has an issue. If they weren't the only ones with the car I wanted then I would have gone elsewhere. The A/C appeared to be broken as it was hotter inside than outside.

Got an used Mercedes from Miami dealership

I worked with Brandon Thomas on trading in my 2016 Passat and getting 2019 Mercedes GLC. Great experience overall. Brandon and finance department were great to us and the whole process was great experience.
