Diana is amazing

I was hesitant at first to purchase a car from them after reading so many hit or miss reviews but I went for it. At first I felt like I was getting the run around but I called and a Angel by the name of Diana and she was amazing. I purchased my car from out of state and she was more that helpful, kind, and informative every step of the way

Waste of time

Called before arrive yo confirm truck in inventory. Raul, nice guy confirmed multiple vehicles were available. Not the case when arrived. Inventory not up to date. Drove over 100 miles and complete waste of time and gas. All three were sold days ago. Went to go see more while i was there. Another disappointment. All were imported from canada. Some rusted out underneath and tried to cover up with spray paint.

HGreg Review

The guys said they will mail me a wheel cap never did, said over the phone they will give blue book trade-in value, only gave much lesser, all phone calls goes to voice mails, also called them for reimbursement for gap insurance since I changed lenders, no response.

Best dealer ever!!!

I walked into Hgreg looking for a good but used car.. I was so undecided as i am extremely picky.. My seller (Mike) had all the patience I the world with me.. I chose over 7 different cars, he read me all tye carfax, he explained everything about every car to me.. We test drove a few finally i found the perfect SUV we test drove it, while all the paper work was getting done he had the guy's wash it up really nice for me.. He was a very friendly, honest salesman.. I would recommend him to anyone who ever wants to purchase from Hgreg.. The facility itself was very clean and well kept.. Tete warehouse had a huge selection to choose from.. Which i believe is my reason for taking over 4 hours just to choose a SUV. Remember ask for (Mike)!!

friendly atmosphere, Lia was great in getting car set to go...Came on her day off for us. Finance dept. a bit slow for a cash deal, but very efficient.

Toyota Camry

I shopped on the internet. H Gregg had the best price for a 2017 Camry with a clean car fax. Pedro Rodriquez was very fair and helpful.

Horrible experience, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER

Sales person asked if I was buying a car today because if not he would move to the next customer. Had not even engaged in a sales conversation with me or new anything about me when I was actually there to buy 2 vehicles and was only going to finance 1/2 on each car priced at around $23,000 each. Would have been a great sale but I rather walked out. I could not believe he actually said what he said and made it clear he would only help us if we were buying today. I get it, they are selling car, but until you have a conversation with your customers you really do not know and will not know the intentions of said customer. This kind of approach will guarantee failure, this is the line of business he picked and with the territory comes the sales and the ?window shopping?. He assumed we were window shopping and lost 2 sales.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Not good at all, I mean beyond unpleasant. I could get into all the knitty gritty details but I think that would just be in poor taste. If you are are simply looking for the lowest possible car price with absolutely no value added service and experience then HGreg is a great fit. Staff is highly under trained and managers seem to default to no with every request you may make. Dont ask for a 2nd key, dont ask for service history, dont ask whey the car has no fuel in it when you take delivery...all in all I would highly advise that you just avoid, avoid, avoid. To good to be true...yup!

Best Price online by $1500. Call to write up the sale and pay a deposit, then $1800 of "add on charges". What? I know most dealers charge 2-$400 then add tax, but this was $1800 not including tax. It's just not worth the hassle to deal with this.
