Berman INFINITI of Chicago

I researched for months my intended purchase of a new Infiniti QX30. After test driving at several places over a week period, I ended up at BERMAN Infiniti. I was contacted by a Mr. Ruiz, however Chloe met me at the entrance. The car I requested was waiting for me! In the test drive Chloe was informative about auto features and just friendly overall.

Been going there for several years now, and 99% of the time the staff are friendly and professional. I love going therethe atmosphere is very comformatable.

The staff was very considerate, professional every one of them took the time to say hi which makes a difference! kept you informed on any issues and the waiting area was very clean.

Helpful and professional! Took the time to listen to my situation and provided me with a selection of cars in the right color and price that I was looking for. I also have a unique situation. My company is buying the car and your dealership understood my situation and allowed me to make a deposit while I worked out the issuance of a company check, which takes a little more time to obtain. I lost 2 other vehicles because these dealerships did not understand the concept of integrity and sold my car selections before I could get a check from my company. I am talking about a 2 day window. So thanks for understanding my situation.
