2 months after I purchased a vehicle there was a loose part that squeaked. They covered the cost of replacing and found the battery needed replaced. I asked if that would be covered and the amazing people at the service center called the dealership and got it all sorted out for me free of charge since the car was so new. Really pleased with their customer service!

I went in for an oil change and was received by friendly and courteous service personnel. The waiting area was clean and had good snacks. The front desk person came by periodically to ask if we were okay and to replenish snacks. Check out was a breeze and my car looked gorgeous after a complimentary car wash. I used to take my car to Berman Infiniti Merrillville but they have lost a customer to their sister shop!

I’ve been in the too many of dealerships in the past few weeks as I’ve been looking for an Infiniti G35 to purchase and let me tell you was Im amazed at how this dealership helped me out, Ken which was the gentleman who I was fortunate to have helped me was outstanding and I will most definitely be back in the future . I was amazed at the Sales experience, from the Salesman to the Manager. I have never experienced service like this before at any dealership. I will shop again at this dealership. I did not purchase this time, but will return very soon to purchase.

I've owned a Infiniti for almost 2 years. Never been to Bermans Infiniti. Best service yet. Service manager and Ramon are terrific. Will be servicing my car here for now on!!
