Excellent customer service

The dealership did an outstanding job in meeting my needs. They work seamlessly as a team, and nothing I asked for was a problem. I bought the new 2019 QX50, and the exterior/interior and package amenities were not available in this dealership, but they found a way to find my car at another dealer and do a dealer swap to get it. They then delivered the car to my door at my convenience. Best of all, the new car is awesome.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The waiting area was comfortable and inviting. The attendant was very attentive sand continued to inquire if we all were still ok. My advisor Jermaine was very nice and helpful. Great dealer and I highly recommend.

Great overall service

Disapointed

The week before I went in for service, I called the dealer service department. I asked the young lady that I had a question about the warranty on the tires because I had purchased mine from there. She said that she would direct my call to the warranty specialist but, no one was there. She took my name and phone number so that they could call me back. I never received a phone call. So I went online did the live chat. I asked her the same question and she was not sure. She took down my email and cell number. Also I have not heard from anyone. I went to get an oil change and I asked Kelly the representative about the warranty and to take a look at my tires because I had a screw in it. I arrived at 1300 and did not get my truck until 1620. I had to wait over two hours for an oil change. That is outrages. The only reason I got my car at that time was because I went up to Kelly to see what was going on. I waited patiently by his desk while he was with other customers. He gave the customer undivided attention which I was ok with but when it was my turn. He looked bothered and kept telling me that they were under staff. Someone had called off and he has not been to lunch or gone to the bathroom. As I asked about my truck he seemed annoyed. He told me that I would need a new tire so, I asked to see if my warranty would cover it. He seemed even more bothered. Thru out all of this he would stop and leave to the lounge and get other customers because he said that i would have to wait. Due to that he had to call and verify my warranty. Even I asked him when I first arrived. He was more concerned about leaving at 1630, than helping me. He would walk other customers to their cars men and women. I did not receive the same treatment. I am very disappointed with my service, I have been going there for years.

Great car shopping experience!

Salesman Addy did a phenomenol job with patiently assisting as we test drove a couple vehicles, then discussed which vehicle best fit my preferences and budget. They offered very competitive pricing and great financing options. Finance Manager Joe also did a phenomenol job explaining the various terms of the sales process and other options available. Highly recommended!!

Great place to buy a car!

By far the best experience buying a car we have ever had. All the staff was very friedly and accomodating, especially Chloe Alsubagh. Thank you Berman Infinity Chicago for showing us that buying a car could be very enjoyable experience for a change.

Very helpful

My visit here was excellent, Kelly made sure I was taken care of and explain some of the issues I had going on with my vehicle. He was very helpful and was attentive during my visit .
