I have purchased about 20 cars in my lifetime from various dealers and none compare to Bermans from a service standpoint. I take my car to Bermans every time I need it serviced whether it be brakes, tires or even just an oil change. Their level of service is top notch and prices are fair. Called on a Saturday morning after starting my QX 60 and heard a large clunking coming from the engine compartment. I isolated it to the climate control. Reluctantly called the dealer to expect the “no open time slot” response. Much to my dismay I was told to get the car in so they could diagnose the problem. By Noon I was told the problem was under warranty and they had replacement parts and could pick the car up by 3. outstanding service and they went beyond my expectations.

Chloe did an awesome job! She shines as a person and professional, what a great experience. I would try to keep her around for awhile, that's young talent. She helped smooth the edge, stuffiness, and ego sometimes involved in car buying.
