Infiniti makes you feel welcomed

The staff is always so friendly, clean waiting area with snacks and drinks..Free shuttle service is also available..I love getting my car serviced by the best !

Outstanding Service

I was amazed at the cleanliness, the pleasant service workers, and the personal attention. The wait wasn’t long and I got more then enough information about how to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I will be back for all my service needs!

Great Service!

I have purchased about 20 cars in my lifetime from various dealers and none compare to Bermans from a service standpoint. I take my car to Bermans every time I need it serviced whether it be brakes, tires or even just an oil change. Their level of service is top notch and prices are fair. I have purchased three vehicles from Bermans and plan to get my next one from Bermans too!

Out of town / needed help over the weekend

Called on a Saturday morning after starting my QX 60 and heard a large clunking coming from the engine compartment. I isolated it to the climate control. Reluctantly called the dealer to expect the “no open time slot” response. Much to my dismay I was told to get the car in so they could diagnose the problem. By Noon I was told the problem was under warranty and they had replacement parts and could pick the car up by 3. outstanding service and they went beyond my expectations.

Good Experience!

Chloe did an awesome job! She shines as a person and professional, what a great experience. I would try to keep her around for awhile, that's young talent. She helped smooth the edge, stuffiness, and ego sometimes involved in car buying.

new battery. it was excellent although I had to wait for a long time. and they washed the vehicle. they also contacted carmax since the vehicle was purchased in November
