Wonderful Service

We had a specific car we had in mind of buying. Dennis went out of his way to find the car we wanted, went and bought it at an auction, brought it back inspected it and fixed anything that needed to be fixed. We couldn't be happier with the car we bought from DennisSneed Ford. Plus, there is a comfort knowing we can take it back for repairs if anything happens.

We were looking for a specific car, and Dennis went out of his way to help me find the exact car I was wanting. I couldn't be happier with our buy. Plus, there is a good feeling I can take the car back if anything happens!

Easy Busying Experience

We recently purchased a 2013 Ford Focus. We had viewed the inventory online prior to our visit and knew exactly which cars we were interested in. We were shown ALL the cars we wanted and NOT PRESSURED to look at anything else. Rich Carnahan made the purchasing part EASY. Within minutes we had come to an agreement on price and terms. We appreciated the owner taking an active role in getting us the deal we wanted. They followed through on all the promises they made (the car only had one key fob and they took care of getting an additional fob at no cost to us). Would definitely recommend this dealership. It was very busy on the Saturday we went. Might try a weekday if you prefer a less crowded shopping experience. THANKS DENNIS AND RICH! We LOVE our new Focus!

Horrible and toxic sales environment.

Horrible and toxic sales environment. I bought a car, but only because it was the best deal available on that model. The salesman I bought from was OK, but he was new. They were rude and condescending.

Highly Recommended Dealership!

Just bought a 2012 Lincoln MKZ from Carey Sneed (owner's son). He gave me a great deal! I have had the car over a month now and I couldn't be happier. I knew I wanted an MKZ when I started my search on cars.com and I found Sneed had the best selection so I narrowed it down to 3 and headed up to their dealership. Very helpful staff walked me through the 3 I was interested in and I took my top pick on a test drive right after that. They weren't pushy at all and I told them I would think it over and talk to my bank and come back the following weekend. Carey helped me look at options for warranties and then we emailed mid-week to tell him witch car/warranty I decided on. I felt like I was getting a great price and that was confirmed when 2 different banks I applied at emphasized how it really was a great price. I came back the next weekend to pick it up and he had the paper work ready with a new battery installed and an spare key made without me even requesting. The paperwork didn't take long at all. The car was clean and ready to take home! I'll be back to this dealership for my next car! -Vince Nolan-

2011 Ford Fusion

Baron took the time for us to drive a couple different vehicles before my daughter bought her first car. No hurry and was very pleasant to work with. Enjoyed working with him and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Best Car Buying Experience!

I had been looking for a year old Escape for a few months online and Dennis Sneed had a huge inventory and quite a few I was interested in and had the lowest prices in the KC Metro area. My wife and I along with our 4 week old baby made the hour drive to check them out on a day I had off. Needless to say, it was February and snowing that day. Robert assisted us and was very helpful and knowlegable. He de-iced a few vehicles I was interested in to take for a test drive. No pressure sales staff for sure. I met Bob, the Service Manager, who performed a 170 point inspection on my car. Credit application and financing was simple and painfree. I would highly reccomend Dennis Sneed and will plan on buying future cars there. Totally worth the drive!
